The Mâconnais area of southern Burgundy is where to look for fantastic wines at incredibly reasonable prices. Look no
futher than St. Veran, Pouilly-Loche or Pouilly-Vinzelles for amazingly refreshing and elegant unoaked Chardonnay.

Albarino, Senorio de Cruces
Albarino is grown in Northeast Spain in the region of Galicia. Few people have heard
of this variety, but once tasted you will be back for more. The aroma is reminiscent

Clarendon Hills is one of the top producers out of Australia. The winery consistently
makes fantastic extracted and bold wines from ‘old vines’. The wines are massive in
body and benefit from being cellared.

Cabernet-Pinotage, Ormer Bay
Ormer Bay is part of the ‘Fair Trade’ organization who empower
equal employment rights to workers in South Africa. This Cabernet/Pinotage blend
is a great BBQ wine with structure from the Cab and spice from the Pinotage. Comes
bottled with Stelvin.
Chile
Haras de Pirque is owned by Eduardo Matte whose two passions in life are wine and horses, (not sure where the
wife fits in…). The ultra modern and state-of-the-art winery is shaped in a horse shoe. Haras are producing
some seriously good wines at fantastic prices. The Cabernet is one of the most enjoyable wines out of Chile and the
Carmenere (Chile’s signature variety) is charming.
