 DESCRIPTION : Fer présentant une large couverture, des oignons, un double biseau et
une épaisseur limitée à 12 mm. Tournure antérieure. Conception en alliage d’aluminium hightech. Nuance non-trempée : travail à chaud sans risques jusqu’à 450 °C. 3 pinçons pour une
utilisation au choix avec 1 ou 2 pinçons. Couverture et poids en taille 1 : 38mm sur l’oignon et
33mm sur le reste du fer. 257g.
 CONCEPT ET RÉACTIONS AU SOL :
Large couverture en contact avec le pied et oignons en talons pour répartir les charges.
Surface d’appui au sol réduite et se rapprochant du centre du pied pour diminuer les bras de
levier antérieur, médial et latéral. Conception à double biseau sur tout le fer pour favoriser au
maximum le roulement dans toutes les directions. Épaisseur de 12mm réduisant les bras de
levier par rapport à un fer d’épaisseur 15mm.

 EFFETS BIOMÉCANIQUES ET KINÉSITHÉRAPIQUES :
Diminue les contraintes articulaires notamment sur les articulations interphalangiennes distale
et proximale. Réduit les mouvements de collatéromotion et de rotation ainsi que les contraintes
sur les ligaments collatéraux.

Arthropathies des articulations interphalangiennes distale et proximale.

 DESCRIPTION : Shoe with a wide cover, onion heels, a double bevel and a thickness limited
to 12 mm. Front shape. Designed in high-tech aluminium alloy. Non-tempered alloy : hot work
possible up to 450 °C. 3 clips for use with 1 toe clip or 2 quarter clips. Coverage and weight in
size 1 : 38 mm on the onion heel and 33 mm on the rest of the shoe. 257 g.
 CONCEPT AND REACTION ON THE GROUND :
Wide coverage in contact with the foot and onion heels to distribute loads. Narrow ground
bearing surface which is closer to the center of the foot in order to reduce front, medial and
lateral leverage. Designed with a double bevel all around the shoe in order to promote maximum
rolling in all directions. 12 mm thickness which reduces leverage compared to a shoe with a
thickness of 15 mm.

 BIOMECHANICAL AND KINESITHERAPIC EFFECTS :
Reduces joint stress in particular on distal and proximal interphalangeal joints. Reduces
collateromotion and rotation movements and stress on collateral ligaments.

Arthropathy on distal and proximal interphalangeal joints.
