Qu’il soit résolu que le règlement 29-2016, étant un règlement pour dédier un élargissement de
chemin pour le chemin de concession 20 comme chemin public à l’intérieur du système de route de
la municipalité de La Nation, soit lu et adopté en 1ère, 2ième et 3ième lecture.

Be it resolved that By-law 29-2016, being a by-law to dedicate a road widening for Concession Rd.
20 as part of The Nation Municipality road system, be read and adopted in 1st, 2nd and 3rd reading.

CORPORATION OF THE NATION MUNICIPALITY
BY-LAW NO. 29-2016
BEING a By-Law of the Corporation of the Nation Municipality to confirm and
authorize the acquisition of land into the road system and dedicate as a public
highway.
WHEREAS, Section 31 of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended provides authority
for a municipality for establishing and widening highways and roads;
AND WHEREAS, the Council of the Corporation of the Nation Municipality desires
to accept and dedicate certain portions of land as a public highway;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Nation Municipality enacts as
follows:
1)
The land described as Part of Lot 16, Concession 19 in the geographic
Township of South Plantagenet, now The Nation Municipality, County of
Prescott, designated as Part 2 on Reference Plan 46R-7720, is hereby
accepted and dedicated as a public highway to be known as “chemin de
concession 20 / Concession Road 20” and shall form part of the public road
system within The Nation Municipality.

The land described as Part of Lot 17, Concession 19 in the geographic
Township of South Plantagenet, now The Nation Municipality, County of
Prescott, designated as Part 1 on Reference Plan 46R-7720, is hereby
accepted and dedicated as a public highway to be known as “chemin de
concession 20 / Concession Road 20” and shall form part of the public road
system within The Nation Municipality.
3)
A copy of this by-law shall be registered in the registry division for the County of
Prescott upon receiving three readings and final passing thereof.
