E-MAILING/SUPPRESSION OF STATEMENTS OF ACCOUNT FOR
SAVINGS/CURRENT/FIXED DEPOSIT/CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT – INDIVIDUALS
SECTION A: INSTRUCTIONS
Option 1: E-mailing
Please discontinue the dispatch by post of my/our* statements of accounts and automated advices pertaining to the accounts listed in section B below
and instead send same via the following e-mail address:

Consequently:
I/we* hereby declare that I/we* am/are perfectly aware of the risks(2) inherent to the implementation of the instructions and the e-mailing of the
documents as referred to above including but not limited to, documents being sent to impersonated e-mail addresses and/or wrong recipients and
thereby becoming known to third parties, and I/we* agree to bear the consequences thereof.
I/we* shall be responsible for updating the e-mail address details with the Bank as and when necessary.
Option 2: Suppression
Please suppress the printing of my/our* statements of accounts pertaining to the accounts listed in section B below.
Consequently:
I/we* declare that I/we* am/are perfectly aware of the risks(1) inherent to the suppression of the statements of account and agree to bear the
consequences thereof.
I/we* agree that I/we shall only receive a Balance Certificate for my/our* Savings and/or* Current account/s every six months issued on 30th of June
and the 31st of December respectively.
