Enhancing Safety and Security Questions Continued Q: What is the purpose of the ID card? As part of government’s commitment to enhancing the safety and security of visitors and employees in government buildings, security improvements continue to be implemented at the Provincial Administration Buildings (PAB Complex) in Charlottetown, including access to buildings and use of employee IDs and visitor passes. It is proof to the business community and the public in general that you represent and/or have certain authorities as an employee of government. This brochure is designed to help you understand these improvements. Q: Will the new electronic access card / photo IDs be used to track employees’ movements in, out, and within the buildings?
