Panchina dalla linea moderna e minimale formata da un telaio inferiore di dimensioni 1200x200x360 h
in lamiera tagliata al laser e presso piegata di dimensioni 200 mm e sp.8mm e da un telaio superiore in
lamiera sp. 10 mm saldati insieme e rinforzati internamente da fazzoletti di forma triangolare saldati al
telaio. Il telaio presenta, inoltre, n.4 fori per il fissaggio a terra. La seduta e lo schienale della panchina
sono formati da doghe di sezione 32x54 mm, fissate mediante apposite viti, a due lame tagliate al laser
pressopiegate e saldate di sp. 8mm. Seduta e schienale formano , così, un unico blocco che viene
fissato mediante apposite viti TBEI M6x20 inox al telaio. La seduta è composta da n. 11 doghe sulla
parte anteriore e n. 3 doghe sulla parte posteriore; lo schienale, adeguatamente inclinato per offrire una
postura comoda, è formato da n. 8 doghe. Le doghe utilizzate sono in legno esotico duro Sapelli con
spigoli arrotondati e teste smussate e finite con una mano di olio protettivo. La struttura metallica della
panchina viene fornita zincata a caldo e verniciata con polveri poliesteri termoindurenti.

Bench with a modern and minimal silhouette consisting of a lower frame measuring 1200x200x360 H in laser-cut and
pressure bent sheet metal measuring 200 mm and 8 mm in thickness and an upper frame in 10 mm thick sheet metal
which have been welded together and reinforced internally by triangular-shaped gusset plates welded to the frame. The
frame also features 4 (four) slots for ground-anchoring. The bench seat and backrest are made of slats with a cross
section of 32x54 mm, which are secured by purpose-provided screws, to two laser-cut and pressure bent sheets
measuring 8 mm in thickness. The seat and backrest thus form a single block that is secured to the frame by means of
purpose-provided stainless steel TBEI M6x20 screws. The seat consists of 11 (eleven) slats at the front and 3 (three) slats
at the rear; the backrest is suitably tilted to offer a comfortable seating position, and it consists of 8 (eight) slats. The slats
used are made of exotic hard Sapele wood with rounded corners and smoothed ends and they have been treated with
a finishing coat of protective oil. The metal frame of the bench is supplied hot galvanised and coated with thermosetting
polyester powder paint.

Le parti metalliche in acciaio vengono zincate a caldo secondo norme UNI EN ISO 1461 secondo il seguente procedimento:
1) sgrassaggio 2) decappaggio 3) flussaggio 4) preriscaldo 5) zincatura a caldo 6) raffreddamento
Tutte le parti metalliche sono zincate. Successivamente, previa eliminazione dei residui in eccedenza, vengono applicate le polveri poliesteri
a mezzo di un processo elettrostatico a 200°C atto ad ottenere la polimerizzazione del rivestimento che risulta pertanto resistente al
tempo ed agli agenti atmosferici. In questo modo si ottiene un rivestimento protettivo del ferro assolutamente impermeabile, sia nelle parti
interne che esterne del manufatto, che preserverà a lungo dall’ossidazione.
The steel metal parts are hot galvanised according to UNI EN ISO 1461 following a series of procedures including:
1) acid de-greasing 2) pickling 3) fluxing 4) pre-heating 5) hot galvanisation 6) cooling.
All metal parts are galvanised. Consequently, excess residues are removed and polyester powders are applied by means of an electrostatic process carried out
at 200°C and required for the polymerisation of the coating, making it resistant through time and to atmospheric agents. Materials undergo working cycles and
controls that City Design has developed, thanks to years of experience in the area of urban furnishing, in order to guarantee the highest quality for its products.

Toutes les parties métalliques sont galvanisé. Une élimination des résidus en excès est réalisée, puis les poudres polyesters sont appliquées au moyen d’un
processus électrostatique à 200° apte à obtenir la polymérisation du revêtement résultant résistant au temps et aux divers agents atmosphériques. Les
matériaux sont soumis au cycle de travail et contrôle par City Design qui a étudié afin de garantir un niveau
qualitatif élevé de ses articles, profitant du bagage d’expériences accumulées pendant les années de travail dans le secteur du mobilier urbain.
