La Société AGRIANDRE, pour répondre à vos besoins, étudie et
conçoit tous types de Compensateurs de dilatation, du simple
axial aux équilibrés, sur tous types d’installations, réseaux de
tuyauteries d’air, de vapeur, de « Flue gas Line » de « FCC »
ou d’appareil à pression tels que les échangeurs, nos ingénieurs
peuvent, le cas échéant, définir l’implantation et le type de
compensateur de dilatation nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de
votre installation.
La Société AGRIANDRE dimensionne les soufflets, du DN 50 au
DN 4000 et plus, en fonction de vos cahiers des charges et en
accord avec les codes de calcul applicables tels que le « CODAP »,
« EJMA », « ASME Appendix B26 » etc.
Le retour d’expérience de la Société AGRIANDRE vous permet
de bénéficier d’une conception de Compensateur de dilatation
parfaitement adaptée aux exigences des conditions de
fonctionnement les plus sévères.
L’importance des équipements et du savoir faire de la Société
AGRIANDRE en matière de façonnage et de soudage, permettent
de mettre en œuvre les matériaux les plus nobles tels que
l’INCONEL 600 ou 625 LCF, l’INCOLOY 800H ou 825, les MONEL,
les URANUS, les INOX etc., matériaux utilisés dans la fabrication
des soufflets de dilatation .
Le département Compensateurs de dilatation de la société
AGRIANDRE fonctionne avec une certification ISO 9001 V 2000
auquel s’ajoutent la certification DESP Module H et H1, ainsi que
les « Stamp » U et U2.

AGRIANDRE to answer your request, study and devise all kind of
Epansion Joints, from single axial to pressure balanced bellows,
on all pipe systems like air duct, steam, Flue gas line of FCC unit
or on heat exchanger, our ingeneers could, if not yet, design the
kind and the position of the expansion joints needed for a correct
operating of your unit.
AGRIANDRE design the bellows, from ND 50 to ND 4000 and
more, in accordance with your data sheet and with the applicable
design code as “CODAP”,”EJMA”,”ASME Appendix B26” etc.
AGRIANDRE’s feel back, give to you always the last best design
of Epansion Joints perfectly adjusted in front of the most strict
operating conditions.
AGRIANDRE’s equipment and know how in forming and welding,
could enable to work on the most noble material as INCONEL 600
or 625LCF, INCOLOY 800H or 825, MONEL, URANUS, Stainless
Steel etc., used on the expansion bellows .manufacture.

SUR SITE
La Société AGRIANDRE, pour répondre à une
demande de plus en plus importante sur la
nécessité d’une assistance technique, met à
votre disposition des ingénieurs spécialisés pour
assurer le suivi du montage à la mise en service
des compensateurs de dilatation, ou d’expertiser
les soufflets et composants des compensateurs de
dilatation durant les arrêts d’unité.
Les prestations d’expertise sur site du département
Compensateur de dilatation de la société AGRIANDRE sont :
Contrôle Visuel extérieur et ou Intérieur des ondes.
● Contrôle visuel de l’état des systèmes de reprise
d’effet de fond.
● Contrôle Ultrasons de l’épaisseur des ondes pour prévenir
d’un éventuel début de corrosion et ou d’érosion.
● Contrôle par ressuage des parties soumises à contraintes.
● Analyse du comportement géométrique des réseaux
de tuyauteries sur lesquels sont installés
les compensateurs de dilatation.
● Analyse des déplacements réellement encaissés
par les compensateurs de dilatation.
● Rédaction d’un rapport avec les recommandations
de maintenance.
● Assistance aux réparations des compensateurs
de dilatation, réparations des soufflets avec des « Patchs»
ou par un soufflet en 2 demies coquilles et ou réajustement
du système, durant la période d’arrêt.

The AGRIANDRE Expansion Joints department can
supply anything from technical supervisor to a
full team to remove, repair, or replace your metal
expansion joint for emergencies outages or to assist
the fit up to the start up of the expansion joints.
The field services of AGRIANDRE Expansion Joints department are :
External and or Inside visual inspection of the convolutions.
Visual inspection of the hardware and the part of the body
under the pressure thrust stress.
● Ultrasonic inspection to prevent eventual corrosion or erosion
of the convolutions.
● Non Destructive Examination on the hardware welds and
on the local area under the stress of the body.
● Analysis of the complete thermal expansion line with the stability
analyse of the pipe system.
● Analysis of the real movements on each expansion joints.
● Written report with the recommendations for the next shut down
and suggestions to increase the time between two shut down.
● Assistance for repair the existing expansion joints, repair of
the bellows by “Patchs” or by a clamshell bellows to permit
the start of the unit as soon as possible.
