These mails and attachments concern the whole of us, in my opinion, due to their terrific consequences.
Everyone can be impacted. Everyone has relatives who travel by plane, and can die in a planned and

Ce mail ne m'a pas été simple, et me paraît nécessaire. Comme les précédents, il nous concerne tous. Il y a
plusieurs mois, alors que je n'ai plus aucun contact avec mes aînés depuis 1997, j'ai mal supporté la rapidité
avec laquelle une phrase qui s'était imposée des déductions que je faisais s'est vue confirmée. J'écrivais sur
ma soeur Brigitte Guizard, tentant de comprendre ce qui transparaissait, et j'ai noté "Mais c'est une ordure !".
La confirmation a été plus qu'immédiate, ma capacité à admettre ce que j'avais observé et à chercher à en
comprendre la raison beaucoup plus lente.
Ce mail vous la présente, en même temps que les démarches que je fais pour sortir de cette situation qu'il
serait irresponsable de tolérer davantage.

To obtain the involvement of Microsoft requires means, I guess, if I ask for a jonction with my complaints, and
to be joined to the other ones to come. I filed very many FBI complaints against top executives of Microsoft,
and observed that Steven Ballmer, Dina Dubon, David Marquardt, Mark Penn, Stephen Elop, Maria Klawe,
against whom I complained, left either their executive position or their seat on the board.
I join you in this mail the attachments of one I sent to Satya Nadella March 04, 2016, with the mail, as well as
some IC3 complaints I filed against Microsoft's executives. Other
IC3 complaints are here.
You can observe that I was convoked by the police July 28, 2014, during a holiday period, a day after I filed a
complaint against Satya Nadella, joined. During the hearing, the officer tried to obtain that I signed minutes
pretending that Bill Gates harassed me, though I had not said such a thing. After I refused and stood up to
leave, he became violent. I join the letter I sent to Barack Obama copied to Bill Gates, as I feared a forgery to
be done. That day, I received a mail from my sister Chantal Bourdarot, by linkedin. This kind of interventions
occurred many times, for example, June 7, 2015, a day before a hearing I had by the police, due to the
complaint of the licra, hearing during which I was imposed an exchange with a psychiatric expert based on a
forgery, and as I was not indicted, I received the mail joined from facebook, asking me if I knew Brigitte
Guizard. Due to the abusive curatorship which existed, I guess that the goal to obtain that I ask for her help
would have led me to severe difficulties. I even received an answer from a friend to whom I asked to be
present, and who wished me good luck with the lawyerS, though he knew I could not have payed for two.
Johary, this friend, also worked for Microsoft from 1989 to 1998, I believe. My sister knew him, as I shared his
life from 1985 to 1990, may have manipulated him to defame me. Fact is the so-called expert knew precisely
the year 1985, as being the one I shared my life. He asked and answered to the question alone.
It seems that my sister Brigitte Guizard has an affair with Bernard Vergnes, which may be
known inside the company, as I received so many receipts as soon as I sent emails
informing that she planned to target me. I join you also the screen shots I took of some
of these receipts.
All this stinks. I am sorry but it is the truth. Few months earlier, I was surprised by what I
understood through the signs sent by my computer. I wrote that my sister was a
bastard, and immediately observed a sign of confirmation. I could not believe the
intensity I perceived in relation with the so short time it took to come. I was more than
immediate. I memorized it, thought to it from time to time, but could not catch what she
could have done. In fact, she broke both Bill Gates's life and my own one, led to the

murder of Michel Lacombe, and to the victims of the false flags -9/11 included-, and socalled terrorist attacks, endly tried to obtain that I appear crazy, and probably validated
the attempts done to obtain my suicide, before the attempt to open my door, June 30,
2015 at 6:30 AM. She is not the one who acts, as Evelyn de Rothschild, Christine Lagarde
and Bernard Vergnes seem to do, but without her action, it would be impossible. She
participated in the trap to murder Michel Lacombe in the sole goal to accuse Bill Gates.
I wish I gave you all the elements. As soon as the illegal curatorship will be cancelled, I
will appreciate to exchange directly.

I send you this receipt immediately. As written to Alain Crozier, if
Microsoft France could contact me
and organise an action in a short delay, we could end this period of time. The
coordinates of Maître Uerlings on the July 21's order confirm his action. I wonder if a link
could be done legally between the curatorship and Microsoft, to avoid my sister. It could
be easier to obtain the cancellation and immediately after, the cancellation of each
action done using it, the accusations against Bill Gates included.
I phoned to Marie Fillon yesterday, was replied that she was away for the week, that I
should phone next Monday. Maybe you could see with her. As lawyer, you may have her
cell phone.
Bernard has more power than my sister, and controls probably her. To target him, who
seems to have been fired by Microsoft could be more accurate. I can even wonder if
Microsoft coul not sue both him, Evelyn de Rothschild and Christine Lagarde at the same
time, in joined proceedings with me, due to the obvious link. I wonder if you could

contact Henry Nassau, in Dechert, in order to manage with him the relations between
France, Belgium and the United States.
I have no means to evaluate what has to be done, but believe that my proceedings,
joined to some of Microsoft, reformulated and confirmed by professionals could lead to
a change. We all need it.
