Communiqué de Presse Jeudi 27 février 2014 Participation du BELGIAN FINANCE CLUB à la MISSION ÉCONOMIQUE BELGE PRÉSIDÉE PAR SAR LA PRINCESSE ASTRID Au Royaume d’Arabie Saoudite (Riyad & Jeddah) du 14 – 18 mars 2014 Le Belgian Finance Club (ASBL), mènera une délégation composée de quelques métiers de la finance belge lors de la prochaine mission princière. Soucieuse de favoriser, soutenir et diffuser le rayonnement de la place financière belge, l’association sera présente à Riyad le 16 mars 2014. En collaboration avec Brussels Invest-Export, le Belgian Finance Club organise à l’attention de la communauté financière de Riyad un séminaire ayant pour but de présenter plusieurs opportunités d’investissement en Belgique.(voir invitation en annexe) Le Trésor belge accompagné de l’agence de la dette, ING Belgium et Cofinimmo, présenteront différents atouts de notre place financière. Cette première activité hors de Belgique pour notre association est parrainée par Monsieur Didier Reynders, Vice-Premier Ministre fédéral et Ministre des affaires étrangères, du commerce extérieur et des affaires européennes et de Madame Céline Fremault, Ministre de l’Economie, de l’emploi, de la recherche scientifique et du commerce extérieur de la région Bruxelles-capitale. Pour rappel, le Belgian Finance Club (BFC) est une association apolitique, sans objectif de lobbying et non liée à un groupe d’institutions financières qui regroupe des personnes actives dans le monde de la finance. Au travers de différents évènements, le BFC répond à un besoin, celui de créer des liens entre les principaux acteurs de la place financière belge. Parmi ceux-ci, nous pouvons citer : émetteurs, investisseurs, banques, gestionnaires d’actifs, compagnies d’assurance, intermédiaires financiers, bourse… Au travers de ses actions, le BFC s’efforce de renforcer l’attractivité de la place financière. A l’international le BFC désire promouvoir les forces et opportunités de ses membres aux investisseurs et intermédiaires financiers étrangers. Le Belgian Finance Club désire être considéré comme une « vitrine » de l’activité financière belge.
