1st, in the amount of $1200 and one (1) form dated June 23, in
the amount of $3700 (***please note that the 2nd credit card
form will only be charged to the athletes who are selected for
the California trip***)

you need a letter to miss school, please let me know as soon

Coming back to Montreal
Included (in the cost of centralization):
Plane tickets to and from Montreal (when you registration is confirmed, I will reserve the plane ticket
for you), accommodation, local transportation in Montreal (pool is walking distance from the
residence), pool and gym time, uniform and coaching.
NOT INCLUDED (centralization):
Food: you need to bring extra money for your meals. The rooms will be equipped with full kitchens
and there is a grocery store walking distance from the residence.
INCLUDED (in the cost for the trip to California):
Flight, hotel, ALL meals, transportation on site, tournament fee, pool rental for the training camp and
expertise from National team coaches Michel Roy et Robert Couillard.

Le transport aller-retour entre le domicile et Montréal, l’hébergement, le transport local à Montréal (la
piscine est à distance de marche de la résidence), le temps en piscine et en musculation/gymnase,
l’uniforme et l’expertise des entraîneurs.
NON INCLUS (dans le coût de la centralisation) :
La nourriture. Vous serez responsable d’acheter votre nourriture et préparer vos repas. Vous aurez
accès à une cuisine complète dans votre chambre et il y a une épicerie à distance de marche de la
résidence.
Inclus (dans le coût du voyage pour la Californie) :
Vol d’avion, hôtel, TOUS les repas, transport local, inscription au tournoi, location de piscine pour le
camp d’entraînement et expertise des entraîneurs de l’équipe nationale, Michel Roy et Robert
