Notre restaurant gastronomique « Anne-Sophie Pic au Beau-Rivage Palace » fête ses 5 ans !
Nous souhaitons célébrer ce jubilé avec vous en vous proposant un concours de cuisine.
Le gagnant sera invité à un déjeuner, avec menu 3 plats et sélection de vins par Thibaut
Panas, Sommelier de l’année.
Règles :

Our gastronomic restaurant “Anne-Sophie Pic au Beau-Rivage Palace” celebrates its 5th
birthday this summer!
We would like to celebrate this special event with you in form of a “cooking competition”.
The winner will be invited for a 3 course lunch menu including wine recommendations from
Thibaut Panas, sommelier of the year.
Rules:
1. Cook Anne-Sophie Pic’s recipe of the” VICHYSSOISE OF ASPARAGUS AND GREEN ANIS” at
home http://bit.ly/vichyssoise_asparagus
2. Dress your plate exactly like on the picture
3. Take a picture of the set-up of your vichyssoise and send it to [email protected]
4. We will publish the pictures of all participants on our Facebook page
5. The winner will be the picture with the majority of likes
6. The contest ends on the 17th of June 2014
