Conditions of sale for exhibition card
1- General clauses
The offer of a car park card for exhibitors is subject to these special conditions. Any request for a car park card implies agreement to
these conditions.
2- Request for car park card
Requests may be made on-line www.riviera-ports.com, by fax (0033)4 92 98 70 01 or by email at [email protected]
A response from the Port of Cannes will be given within 72 hours from submission of the request.
Acceptance of the request will be definitive only when written confirmation is received.
3- Tariffs
Tariffs are stipulated in the list of port prices posted in the car park.
4- Date of card validity
Cards are programmed to start at 00:01 on the first date of validity.
5- Payment
5-1 Payment methods
• Cheque drawn on a French bank
• Credit card visa or Master Card
• Cash in €uro at our office( within statutory limits)
5-2 Payment deadlines
Payment is due from the moment the card is delivered.
6- Collecting the card
The card can be collected from the car park office on presentation of ID and a copy of your car park card request. The office is open
every day from 7am to 6:30pm.
In the event that the card is collected after the start date, the full amount is due.
7- Pantiéro car park size restrictions
Parking space dimensions
Length = 4m70 max.
Width = 2m30 max.
Height = 2m40 max. level -1, 1m95 max level -2.
Vehicles that do not respect these size restrictions cannot be accepted into the car park. No guarantee can be provided for availability
of spaces on level -1. No reimbursements are given if space is unavailable.
8- Use of the car park card
The car park card must be used to enter and exit the car park with the same vehicle. If not, registration plate recognition software will
block the vehicle from leaving the car park and parking fees will be charged at the hourly rate.
Loss of the car park card should be reported to the car park office immediately, otherwise parking fees will be charged at the hourly
rate.
9- Transporting and stocking merchandise
The lift is strictly reserved for disabled users. To transport heavy merchandise, we advise you to use a trolley. It is strictly forbidden to
stock inflammable goods in the car park.
10- Liability
The car parking fees collected cover temporary occupancy of space in the public domain, not security and surveillance. Vehicles are
left in the car park at the user’s risk and peril.
11- Cancellations
All requests for a car park card signed and sent to the CCI Port de Cannes will be considered binding and will be processed and
invoiced.
