Consent
All participants of the school trip accept the following conditions, which are an essential factor in
the successful realisation of the journey.
1.
This study trip is a school event, the rules and regulations of the school are in force. The
students who participate (also those of full legal age) are under the teacher's supervision.
2.
Each participant contributes to the success of the school trip with his good conduct and
responsible behaviour.
3.
All participants are expected to take an active part in the educational goals of the school
journey, including preparatory tasks, activities during the trip itself, and the production of
individual work at the end, such as reports, essays articles and, or, art works. After the trip
all students will be asked to produce an outcome in the form of works of art, reports, that
may be included in the yearbook.
4.
Each participant is allowed to make outings or other activities independently, but only in
small groups (three students minimum) and after personal arrangement with the teachers.
5.
Each participant respects the agreed meeting points and times.
6.
While the accompanying teachers undertake to give every reasonable care in their power,
the school and the accompanying teachers cannot be held responsible for individual losses
of property, nor for personal injuries suffered by the pupils as a result of their own actions.
7.
The educational school trip is a community meeting on that the benefit of alcohol, cigarettes
or other drugs are forbidden.
If there is an offence against these rules, or if the course of the school trip is disturbed by bad and
irresponsible behaviour, this leads to the exclusion from further participation. The participant will be
sent home (after informing the parents and the school administration) on his own costs and at his
own risk.

Einverständnis
Alle Teilnehmer der Studienfahrt akzeptieren die folgenden Bedingungen. die einen wesentlichen
Faktor für die erfolgreiche Durchführung unserer Reise darstellen:
1.
Die Studienfahrt ist eine Schulveranstaltung, es gelten die Regeln der Schulordnung. Die
teilnehmenden Schülerinnen und Schüler (auch die volljährigen) unterstehen somit der
Aufsichtspflicht der Lehrkräfte.
2.
Jeder Teilnehmer trägt durch sein gutes Benehmen und sein verantwortungsvolles
Verhalten zum Gelingen der Studienfahrt bei.
3.
Von jedem Teilnehmer wird erwartet, dass er aktiv an den gestellten Aufgaben mitarbeitet.
Darüber hinaus nehmen die Schüler an der Planung und Vorbereitung der Schulreise teil.
Nach der Reise sind alle gehalten, an der Auswertung teilzunehmen. Dies kann eine
praktische Arbeit in Kunst, ein Referat oder ein Bericht sein, der möglicherweise im
Jahrbuch erscheint.
4.
Jeder Teilnehmer darf während der Studienfahrt nur in kleinen Gruppen (mindestens drei
Schüler), nach vorheriger persönlicher Absprache mit den Lehrern, selbständig
Spaziergänge, Besichtigungen oder andere Unternehmungen machen.
5.
Jeder Teilnehmer hält sich an die vereinbarten Treffpunkte und Zeiten.
6.
Obwohl sich die begleitenden Lehrer verpflichten, alles, was in ihrer Macht steht zu tun, um
die größtmögliche Vorsicht walten zu lassen, können die Schute und die begleitenden
Lehrer nicht für den Verlust persönlicher Wertgegenstände und Unfälle, die durch eigenes
Verhalten der Schüler verursacht werden, verantwortlich gemacht werden.
7.
Die Studienfahrt ist eine Gemeinschaftsveranstaltung auf der der Genuss von Alkohol,
Zigaretten oder anderen Drogen verboten ist.
8.
Falls die Eltern durch Ihre Unterschrift zustimmen, dürfen die Jugendlichen, falls sich die
Möglichkeit ergibt, im Meer schwimmen gehen.
Wenn gegen die obigen Regeln verstoßen oder wenn auf Grund schlechten, verantwortungslosen
Benehmens der Ablauf der Studienfahrt negativ beeinträchtigt wird, bedeutet dies einen
Ausschluss von der weiteren Teilnahme. Der Teilnehmer wird nach Information der Eltern und der
Direktion auf eigene Kosten und in Eigenverantwortung nach Frankfurt zurückgeschickt.

Acceptation du règlement
Les participants au voyage scolaire sont tenus d'accepter les conditions suivantes, qui sont un
facteur essentiel du bon déroulement du séjour.
1. Ce voyage d'étude est une activité scolaire, les règles et règlements de l'école sont en vigueur.
Les étudiants qui participent (y compris s´ils sont majeurs) sont sous la surveillance des
enseignants accompagnateurs. Ils devront se conformer à leurs décisions et leurs demandes.
2. Chaque participant doit contribuer à la réussite du voyage scolaire en adoptant une bonne
conduite et un comportement responsable.
3. Tous les participants sont appelés à prendre une part active au séjour, y compris lors
d´éventuels travaux préparatoires, d´activités pendant le voyage lui-même, ou lors de la
production de travaux postérieurs au séjour.
4. Chaque participant est autorisé pendant son temps libre à effectuer des sorties, mais seulement
en petits groupes (trois élèves minimum) et après avoir informé les enseignants de leurs projets.
5. Chaque participant respecte les points de rencontre prévus et leurs horaires.
6. Même si les enseignants accompagnateurs s'engagent à faire le maximum en leur pouvoir,
l'école et les enseignants accompagnateurs ne pourront être tenus responsable des pertes
d´objets et de biens individuels, ni des dommages corporels éventuels causés par les élèves.
7. La détention, la consommation d´alcool ou d´autres produits illicites est interdite.
8. Sauf interdiction expresse d´un responsable, l´élève sera autorisé à se baigner si l´occasion se
présente au cours du séjour.
En cas d´infraction à ces règles, ou si le cours de l'excursion scolaire est perturbé par le
comportement irresponsable d´un participant, la suite de son séjour pourra être annulée. Dans ce
cas, le participant sera renvoyé à son domicile (après en avoir informé ses responsables et
l'administration de l'école) à ses propres frais et sous sa propre responsabilité.
