This beautiful holiday home is part of a comfortable country
home (the other half of the house is uninhabited) on a hillside of
the Monte Amiata, in quiet, panoramic location and surrounded
by vineyards and olive groves. The closest small town with
shops is Seggiano, which is ca. 2 km away. The house is
tastefully decorated. In front of the living area there is a large,
covered terrace with wide views of the hills and just below, a
well-kept garden with pool. The area is ideal for hiking but also
for trips to the coast or the warm spas of the area. A children's
bed is available on request. The access road is unpaved.
Thanks to the pleasant temperatures the area is ideal for short
or even long walks in the woods, but also for trips to the coast,
with its long sandy beaches (approx. one-hour-drive) and for
visiting the warm spas of the area, like for example Bagno
Vignoni, San Filippo or Saturnia. An insider tip: visit the local
vine cellars producing Mondecucco! A children's bed is
available on request. The access road is unpaved.
