or children without appropriate legal documentation? How is civil society
engaged in this process?
What measures are currently being taken to protect the bond between detained
mothers and their infants born just prior or during their mothers´ incarceration?
Please provide more information on the plans to change the legal age of
marriage and to abrogate the period during which a woman may not remarry
after the death of her husband, as mentioned in paragraph 31 of the national
report. With regard to the latter, does such a provision currently apply to both
widows and widowers, or to women only?
Why are refugees under the age of 25 with no dependent children exempted
from the “guaranteed minimum income” (paragraph 77 of the national report)?
What is the envisioned time frame for the ratification of OP-ICESRC and OPCRC-IC?
