Financial assistance
The EDG contributes in a very significant way by providing room and board to graduate students for the
duration of the summer school. Students are strongly encouraged to approach their respective University to
cover air fare. However, additional funds could be requested from agencies such as the Office Québec Amérique
pour la Jeunesse. Participants will contribute 200$ to cover part of the summer school’s expenditures.
Furthermore, the attendees will pay for their travel expenses, field trips and local outing.
Accommodation
Students will be invited to share room facilities on the basis of two per unit. An effort will be made to
encourage students with different linguistic and academic backgrounds to share accommodation.

The principal language of work will be English. Although, there will be some public events that will be hosted
either in French or in Spanish.
