Dear Sir or Madam,
We invite you to verify whether the enclosed composition of your fleet as currently recorded in our database
is correct and complete. Please inform the EUROCONTROL Central Route Charges Office (CRCO), at your
earliest convenience, of any change in the fleet data in annex.
This information is used to calculate the weight factor to be applied in accordance with Article 6 of the
Conditions of Application of the Route Charges System. Further details are available in our Information

May we remind you that any change in your fleet’s composition or in the maximum certificated take-off weight
as shown in the AFM (Aircraft Flight Manual) must be notified to the CRCO, with the minimum of delay,
together with the date of change and the certified true copy of the AFM. If you are a commercial operator,
please declare the aircraft operated under your AOC.

Nous vous invitons à vérifier si la composition ci-jointe de votre flotte, telle qu’enregistrée à ce jour dans
notre base de données, est correcte et complète. Vous voudrez bien informer le plus tôt possible le Service
Central des Redevances de Route d’EUROCONTROL (SCRR) de tout changement à apporter aux données
ci-jointes.
Ces données sont utilisées pour calculer les coefficients poids à appliquer conformément à l'article 6 des
Conditions d'application du Service Central des Redevances de Route. Vous trouverez de plus amples

Nous vous rappelons que tout changement de la composition de votre flotte ou de la masse maximale
certifiée au décollage d’un de vos aéronefs doit nous être notifié dans les plus brefs délais avec la date du
changement ainsi qu’une copie conforme du manuel de vol de l’aéronef. Si vous êtes un exploitant
commercial, les aéronefs à déclarer sont les aéronefs exploités sous votre AOC.
Veuillez également vérifier vos coordonnées ainsi que votre numéro de TVA / numéro d’immatriculation fiscal
au dos de ce document.

The ICAO 24-bit aircraft address (Mode S code) should be given in hexadecimal format for each registration.

Aircraft type should be compliant with ICAO document 8643 available at http://www.icao.int/publications/DOC8643/Pages/Doc8643.aspx

The model and variant of each aircraft must be declared, and compliant with the Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) relevant to the aircraft. TCDS copies can be downloaded from
http://www.easa.europa.eu/certification/type-certificates/aircraft.php

Exact Maximum Take Off Weight in Kilograms. Deviations from the EASA TCDS must be substantiated with certified true copies of the Aircraft Flight Manual (AFM) or other equivalent documents. Where an
aircraft has multiple certificated MTOWs, the certified true copy of the AFM shall show each of these MTOWs. Some of the documents considered by the CRCO as not equivalent are national registry entries
and noise certificates.
