Hatem M'rad is Professor of Political Science at the Faculty of Legal, Political and Social Sciences of Tunis. He is
Founder and President of the Tunisian Association of Political Studies since 2010. Professor Hatem M'rad was
Director of the Department of Public Law and Political Science in two successive mandates from 2005 to 2011 and is
member of the Scientific Council of the Faculty since 2005.
