Operation

the tool before use. Keep these instructions with the product for future

• Carefully unpack and inspect your new tool. Familiarise yourself with all
its features and functions
• Ensure that all parts of the tool are present and in good condition. If
any parts are missing or damaged, have such parts replaced before
attempting to use this tool
• Internal capacity can be increased by removing the Lower Lining (3)
and Lid Lining (9)
Note: Removing the internal lining causes the contents of the security box
to be exposed to the metal casing. Damage may be caused to the contents
whilst in transit.

Setting the combination code
Cleaning
Note: The pre-set combination for the lock is 0-0-0. Follow the instructions
below to personalise the combination.
1. Input the pre-set combination ‘0-0-0’ into the Combination Dial (1)
2. Open the security box by lifting the Lid (7)
3. Remove the Lower Lining (3) to reveal the Locking Mechanism (11)
4. Move the reset tab on the Locking Mechanism from the ‘B’ position to
the ‘A’ position
5. Input the desired combination into the Combination Dial
6. Move the reset tab back to the ‘B’ position and refit the Lower Lining
7. The new combination is now set
• Keep your tool clean at all times. Dirt and dust will cause internal parts
to wear quickly, and shorten the machine’s service life. Clean the body
of your machine with a soft brush, or dry cloth. If available, use clean,
dry, compressed air to blow through the ventilation holes
• Clean the tool casing with a soft damp cloth using a mild detergent. Do
not use alcohol, petrol or strong cleaning agents
• Never use caustic agents to clean plastic parts

Installing the tether cable
• Use the Tether Cable (4) to secure the security box in position within
the vehicle
1. Open the security box by inputting the combination and lifting the Lid (7)
2. Fix the Tether Noose (10) to a secure point within the vehicle
3. Fit the Tether Cable into Tether Slot (6), ensuring the Tether Crimp (5) is on the inside of the box
Lubrication
• Lubricate all moving parts slightly at regular intervals with a suitable
spray lubricant

• Store this tool carefully in a secure, dry place out of the reach of

1. Mettez le cadran de combinaison (1) en position ‘0-0-0’
2. Ouvrez le coffre en soulevant le couvercle (7)

4. Déplacer la languette de mise à zéro du mécanisme de verrouillage de
la position B à la position A

Installer le câble d’attache
• Utilisez le câble d’attache (4) pour attacher le coffre en position dans

Auspacken des Gerätes
• Packen Sie Ihren Artikel vorsichtig aus und überprüfen Sie ihn. Machen
Sie sich vollständig mit all seinen Eigenschaften und Funktionen

• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sämtliche Teile des Artikels vorhanden und
in einwandfreiem Zustand sind. Sollten Teile fehlen oder beschädigt
sein, lassen Sie diese ersetzen, bevor Sie den Artikel verwenden.
Vor Gebrauch
Zahlenkombination einstellen
Hinweis: Die voreingestellte Ziffernkombination lautet 0-0-0. Anhand der
nachfolgenden Anleitung lässt sich diese Kombination individuell einstellen.
1. Stellen Sie am Ziffernrad (1) die voreingestellte Ziffernkombination 0-0-0 ein.
2. Öffnen Sie die Sicherheitskassette, indem Sie den Deckel (7) anheben.
3. Nehmen Sie die untere Auskleidung (3) heraus, so dass der Schließmechanismus (11) sichtbar wird.
4. Stellen Sie den Rücksetzstift am Schließmechanismus von B auf A.
5. Stellen Sie die gewünschte Zahlenkombination am Ziffernrad ein.
6. Stellen Sie den Rücksetzstift anschließend wieder auf B und setzen Sie
die untere Auskleidung wieder ein.
7. Die neue Zahlenkombination ist nun eingestellt.
Stahlseil befestigen
Schmierung
• Befestigen Sie die Sicherheitskassette mithilfe des Stahlseils (4) im
Fahrzeug.
1. Öffnen Sie die Sicherheitskassette, indem Sie die Zahlenkombination eingeben und den Deckel (7) anheben.
2. Fixieren Sie die Seilschlinge (10) an einem sicheren Befestigungspunkt im Fahrzeug.
3. Befestigen Sie das Stahlseil an der Seilhalterung (6) und achten Sie dabei darauf, dass sich die Seilöse (5) innerhalb der Kassette befindet.
• Schmieren Sie alle beweglichen Teile in regelmäßigen Abständen mit
einem geeigneten Sprühschmiermittel.
Lagerung
• Artikel an einem sicheren, trockenen Ort außerhalb der Reichweite von
Kindern lagern.
Bedienung
• Das Fassungsvermögen lässt sich erweitern, indem die untere (3) und
die Deckelauskleidung (9) entfernt werden.
Hinweis: Durch die Entfernung der Innenauskleidung besteht ein direkter
Kontakt des Kassetteninhalts zur metallenen Kassettenwand. Beim
Transport kann der Kassetteninhalt dadurch Schaden nehmen.

Reinigung
• Halten Sie diesen Artikel stets sauber. Durch Schmutz und Staub
verschleißen die inneren Teile schnell und die Lebensdauer des Artikels
wird verkürzt. Reinigen Sie den Artikel mit einer weichen Bürste
oder einem trockenen Tuch. Die Entlüftungsöffnungen mit sauberer,
trockener Druckluft reinigen, sofern verfügbar.
• Säubern Sie das Gehäuse mit einem feuchten, weichen Lappen und
einem milden Reinigungsmittel. Verwenden Sie keinesfalls benzin- oder
alkoholhaltige oder andere scharfe Reinigungsmittel.

• Pulire il rivestimento dello strumento con un panno morbido inumidito con

Lubrificazione
• Lubrificare tutte le parti mobili leggermente ad intervalli regolari con un
spray lubrificante adatto
Conservazione
• Conservare con cura questo strumento in un luogo sicuro e asciutto fuori
dalla portata dei bambini
• Utilizzare il cavo (4) per fissare la cassetta di sicurezza in posizione
all’interno del veicolo
1. Aprire la scatola di sicurezza inserendo la combinazione e sollevando il coperchio (7)
2. Fissare il cappio (10) ad un punto sicuro all’interno del veicolo
3. Inserire il cavo nel foro di fissaggio (6), garantendo che l’estremità (5) è sulla parte interna della scatola

Gebruik
• Pak uw toestel / gereedschap uit. Inspecteer het en zorg dat u met alle
kenmerken en functies vertrouwd raakt
• Controleer of alle onderdelen aanwezig zijn en in goede staat verkeren.
Als er onderdelen ontbreken of beschadigd zijn, zorg dan dat deze
vervangen worden voor u dit toestel / gereedschap gebruikt
• De interne capaciteit van het kluisje kan vergroot worden door de baken dekselvoering (3+9) te verwijderen
Let op: Wanneer de voering verwijdert wordt, wordt de inhoud tijdens
transport niet beschermd tegen de metalen schelp. De inhoud raakt zo
mogelijk beschadigd

Het instellen van de cijfercombinatie
Let op: De vooraf-ingestelde cijfercombinatie is 0-0-0. Volg onderstaande
stappen op om de combinatie te veranderen
1. Stel de combinatie op 0-0-0
2. Open het kluisje door de deksel (7) op te tillen
3. Verwijder de bakvoering (3) om het vergrendelmechanisme (11) vrij te geven
4. Plaats de resetknop van het mechanisme van de ‘B’- naar de ‘A’ positie
5. Stel de gewenste cijfercombinatie in
6. Plaats de resetknop terug in de ‘B’ positie en plaats de voering terug in
de kluisbak
7. De nieuwe cijfercombinatie is nu te gebruiken
Het bevestigen van de vergrendelkabel
• Gebruik de vergrendelkabel (4) om het kluisje in positie, binnen een
voertuig te vergrendelen
1. Open het kluisje met behulp van de cijfercombinatie en til de deksel op
2. Bevestig de kabellus (10) op een vast punt van het voertuig
3. Plaats de veiligheidskabel in de kabelgleuf (6). Zorg ervoor dat de kabelkop (5) aan de binnenzijde van de bak valt
• Houd uw kluisje te allen tijde schoon. Vuil en stof doen de interne
onderdelen snel slijten, wat de levensduur aanzienlijk vermindert. Maak
de machine met een zachte borstel of droge doek schoon. Gebruik
wanneer mogelijk zuivere, droge perslucht om door de luchtgaten
te blazen
• Maak de behuizing met een vochtige doek en een licht
schoonmaakmiddel schoon. Gebruik geen alcohol, benzine of
hardnekkig schoonmaakmiddel
• Gebruik geen bijtende stoffen voor het schoonmaken van plastic
onderdelen
Smeren
• Smeer alle bewegende onderdelen regelmatig met een geschikt
smeermiddel
Opberging
• Berg het kluisje op een droge en veilige plek, buiten het bereik van
kinderen op
