Ce stage vous permettra d’apprendre les bases du massage thaï et de repartir avec une séquence complète. Le massage Thaï mène à l’expérience d’un voyage intérieur, vers la détente et le «lâcher prise». Il a la particularité de travailler sur le «corps subtil» et de rééquilibrer le flux énergétique. This workshop will give you the basic tools and knowledges of Thaï massage and you will learn a complete sequence. Throughout the duration of the course Ata will give a strong enphasis on the feeling of touch, the breath and the quality of «metta» which means loving kindness. We will explore some concepts of traditional osteopathy in the thai massage sequence and demonstrate special therapeutic techniques. Open to all levels Ata, now a renowned teacher, has devoted much of his life to the study of traditional Thai massage, yoga and meditation amongst the greatest Thai masters and yogis such as Pichest Boonthumme and Sri Dharma Mittra.
