Mode opératoire :
• Phase I : Incorporer l’Intelimer 13-6 au sein du Parleam 4 et chauffer le mélange à
75 - 80°C sous agitation moyenne.
• Phase II : Ajouter les ingrédients à la phase I sous agitation. Chauffer la phase I-II à 85-90°C.
• Phase III : Incorporer le Tixogel LAN-1563 sous vive agitation au sein du Parleam 4. Chauffer
à 50°C afin de faciliter l’homogénéisation. Une fois le mélange totalement lisse, l’additionner
à la phase I-II.
• Phase IV : Après avoir préchauffé les deux grades Sustane SAIB (FG et FG MCT) et une fois le
mélange homogène, l’ajouter au reste de la formule.
• Phase V : Disperser les microzest ainsi que les nacres au sein de l’huile de ricin et de
l’arôme. Homogénéiser. Ajouter la vitamine E Acetate USP et incorporer l’ensemble du
mélange au gloss à T<35°C.
Il est nécessaire d’ajouter cette phase avant refroidissement complet du mélange afin d’éviter
que celui-ci ne se solidifie.
Conseils de pro :
Spécialement formulé pour sublimer vos lèvres, ce gloss révèlera tout au long de
la journée une saveur gourmande et enivrante de « Cerise Griotte » pour votre
plus grand plaisir. Sa couleur a été élaborée grâce à la large palette de teintes
que nous offrent les Microzest 25, notamment avec le Carrot Pink et le Quinoa.
Il a la particularité de former à l’application un film continu et homogène sur les
lèvres pour un effet longue tenue grâce au réseau créé par l’Intelimer IPA 13-6.
En complémentarité, les Sustane SAIB MCT FG et FG apportent un effet très
brillant et subtilement collant, parfait pour la « texture gloss » recherchée. Afin de
faciliter l’utilisation des résines, il est recommandé de les placer à l’étuve ou au
bain-marie avant manipulation. Il est important de bien ajuster la viscosité dans
ce type de formulation. Le Tixogel LAN- 1563 est un gélifiant thixotrope lipophile :
il apporte une certaine stabilité et permet la suspension des nacres et des
poudres colorantes. Il est conseillé de réaliser le pré-mélange de la phase grasse
sous vive agitation jusqu’à l’obtention d’un résultat totalement lisse. L’effet brillant
étant une des propriétés majeures d’un gloss, il est essentiel de bien sélectionner
ses nacres afin d’atteindre le résultat désiré. Au sein de ce gloss, les SynCrystal
Red et Sparkling Silver allient des nuances envoutantes de rouge à une brillance
argentée multi-reflets..

Procedure:
• Phase I: Incorporate Intelimer 13-6 to Parleam 4 and heat the mixture to 75-80°C under
moderate stirring.
• Phase II: Add the ingredients to phase I under stirring. Heat phase I-II to 85-90°C.
• Phase III: Incorporate Tixogel LAN-1563 under high stir to Parleam 4. Heat to 50°C to
facilitate homogenization. Once the mixture is completely smooth, add it to phase I-II.
• Phase IV: After preheating the two Sustane SAIB grades (FG and FG MCT) and once the
mixture is uniform, add it to the rest of the formula.
• Phase V: Disperse the Microzest and the pearls in the castor oil and the flavour.
Homogenize. Add the Vitamin E Acetate USP and incorporate the entire mixture to the gloss
at T <35°C.
It is necessary to add this phase before complete cooling of the mixture to prevent it from
solidifying.
Expert advices:
Specially formulated to beautify your lips, this gloss will reveal throughout the
day a gourmand and intoxicating flavor of “Morello Cherry” for your greatest
pleasure. Its color was developed thanks to the broad palette of colours offered
by the Microzest25 with in particular the Carrot Pink and the Quinoa. It has the
particularity to form, upon application on the lips, a continuous and homogeneous
film for a long-lasting effect, thanks to the structure created by the Intelimer IPA 13-6.
In addition, the Sustane SAIB MCT FG and FG offer a very bright and subtly sticky
effect, perfect for the desired “gloss texture”. To facilitate the use of resins, it is
recommended to place them in an oven or a bain-marie before implementation. It
is important to properly adjust the viscosity in this type of formulation. The Tixogel
LAN-1563 is a lipophilic thixotropic gelling agent: it provides some stability and
enables the suspension of nacres and coloring powders. It is recommended to
pre-mix the fatty phase under high agitation until it is completely smooth. The bright
effect being one of the main characteristics of a gloss, it is essential to carefully
select one’s nacres to achieve the desired result. Within this gloss, the SynCrystal
Red and Sparkling Silver combine captivating shades of red with a multi-reflection
silvery brightness.
