Updated COJG Training Agreement
OBJECTIVE:
The purpose of this bulletin is to advise the COJG delivery network that an updated
version of the COJG Training Agreement has been posted on the EOPG.
WHAT IS HAPPENING:
The Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG) Training Agreement has been updated and
reposted with the following changes:

Section 2 – Responsibilities – has been updated to include the need for
employers to comply with provincial and federal employment legislation and to
maintain adequate workplace safety insurance and third party liability insurance.

Section 6 – Monitoring - has been updated to include the new COJG training
provider monitoring requirements that have already been reflected in the COJG
amended agreement.
