Mode Opératoire
Phase Aqueuse
1. Saupoudrer le Carbopol® Ultrez-10 à la surface de l'eau et attendre son hydratation complète (5 - 10 minutes).
2. Puis, agiter à vitesse moyenne jusqu'à ce que le mélange soit homogène et ajouter la Glycérine au mélange.
3. Chauffer la phase A à T = 70°C et ajouter les perles d’Eastman AQ 55S. Vérifier l’homogénéité du mélange.
Phase Grasse
4. Chauffer les ingrédients de la phase B à T = 70°C.
Emulsion
1. A T = 70°C et sous agitation, verser lentement la phase B dans la phase A et laisser agiter jusqu’à
homogénéisation complète. Commencer le refroidissement tout en maintenant l’agitation.
2. A T = 50°C, ajouter un à un les ingrédients de la phase C.
3. A T = 45°C, ajuster le pH entre 6,0 – 6,3 et agiter jusqu’à obtenir une texture lisse.
4. A T = 40°C, préparer la phase E et l’ajouter au reste de la formule.
5. Ensuite, introduire successivement les ingrédients de la phase F et ajuster le pH.
6. Enfin, ajouter les capsules de pigments et homogénéiser à faible agitation.
