The main features of self priming
diaphragm pumps are:
- Possibility of working in dry conditions
indefinitely.
- Fast, dry self-priming up 7 mt in depht in
a few seconds (4,5 mt. for Microlib).
- No seal or rotating parts are in contact
with the pumped liquid.
- High resistance to abrasive and corrosive
liquids.
- Large passage of solids.
- Proportional capacity to diaphragm's
pulsations number.
- Wear parts are easily replaced.

contraddistinguono per:

Self priming diaphragm pumps can be used
in anycase in which a large capacity and
head are not required but it is necessary to
transfer very thick liquids.
Below we list the main application fields.
MUNICIPALITIES AND UTILITIES:
draining of excavations repairing
waterworks, sewerages, emergencys, etc..
BUILDING INDUSTRY: draining of
excavations, cleaning of pits, bentonite
sludge, etc..
MARBLE INDUSTRY: dressing water
circulation, pumping out settled sludge.
FOOD INDUSTRY: tomato juice and
paste, pulpe and juice fruit, jam, sugary
solutions, etc..
ANIMAL BREEDING INDUSTRY:
blood, reject of abbatoir liquids fodders,

En service continu et intense, la hauteur
manométrique totale ne doit pas dépasser 10
mètres.
Per servizi continuativi la prevalenza
manometrica totale non deve superare i 10
metri.
- La pompe MICROLIB est accouplée au moteur
par un système poulies-courroie, les réductions
sont les suivantes:
avec moteur électrique 1400tr/min
- poulie pompe: Ø 60 mm
- poulie moteur: Ø 60 mm
avec moteur thermique 2800 tr/min
- poulie pompe: Ø 110 mm
- poulie moteur: Ø 60 mm
Il est possibles de faire varier le débit des pompes
en changeant le rapport de réduction de ces
poulies.
Il modello MICROLIB/E è accoppiato al motore
attraverso pulegge. Le misure standard delle
pulegge sono:
- Con motore elettrico a 1400 RPM
Riduttore = mm. 60, Motore = mm. 60
- Con motore a scoppio a 2800 RPM
Riduttore = mm. 110, Motore = mm. 60
La portata puo' variare applicando pulegge con
diametri diversi da quelli sopracitati.

The Libellula pumps are available with:
WETTED PARTS: aluminium, sea water
resistant aluminium, cast iron, bronze, stainless
steel AISI 304 or AISI 316, rilsan coated,
fluorided polimer (Blue Armor®) coated.
DIAPHRAGMS AND VALVES: neoprene,
dutral, hypalon, viton, nitril rubber, atoxic rubber,
atoxic silicon.
NO WETTED PARTS: aluminium, salt water
resistant aluminium, cast iron.
Le pompes LIBELLULA sont disponibles dans
les matériaux de construction suivants:
- PARTIES EN CONTACT AVEC LE
LIQUIDE POMPE: aluminium, aluminium
spécial eau de mer, fonte, bronze, acier inox AISI
304 et 316, plastification en rilsan, revêtement en
résine (Blue Armor).
- MEMBRANES ET CLAPETS: néoprène,
dutral, hipalon, viton, caoutchouc nitrile,
caoutchouc et silicone atoxiques.
-PARTIES QUI NE SONT PAS EN
CONTACT AVEC LE LIQUIDE POMPE:
aluminium, aluminium "anticorodal", fonte.
Le pompe Libellula sono disponibili con:
PARTI A CONTATTO DEL LIQUIDO:
alluminio, alluminio anticorodal, ghisa, bronzo,
acciaio inossidabile AISI 304 o 316,
plastificazione in rilsan, rivestimento in resina
fluororata (Blue Armor®)
MEMBRANE E VALVOLE: neoprene, dutral,
hypalon, viton, gomma nitrilica, gomma atossica,
silicone atossico.
PARTI NON A CONTATTO DEL LIQUIDO:
alluminio, alluminio anticorodal, ghisa.
For industrial applications the total manometric
head must not exceed 10 mt.
The pump MICROLIB/E is fitted at the engine
with pulleys.
Pulleys' standard dimensions are:
- With electric motor at 1400 RPM
Gear box = mm. 60, Motor = mm. 60
- With petrol engine at 2800 RPM
Gear box = mm. 110, Engine = mm. 60
Capacity can be modified setting up pulleys with
differents diameters from the standard.
MICROLIB/E and MICROLIB/M have the
wetted parts yust in stainless steel AISI 304 or
316. Other parts are availables in standard
aluminium or salt water resistant aluminium.

Pour les Microlib, les parties en contact avec le
liquide sont exclusivement en acier inoxydable AISI

Le pompe mod. MIC/E e MIC/M hanno le parti

VERSIONS
VERSIONS
The Libellula 1/3" contractor version is
realized in DIE CASTED aluminium,
which give at the pump an high
manoeuvrability as a consequence of its
lightness.
The reduction gear (in this version) is
usually with straight teeth RR 1:43.
In industrial versions the reduction gear
is supplied with helical teeth. The
reduction gear with helical teeth is more
silent and it is characterized for long life.
At pag. n. 3 we illustrate a plan of
available reduction gear.
La Libellula 1/3" version chantier est
réalisée en aluminium coulé sous
pression, ce qui la rend légère et facile à
mettre en oeuvre. Dans cette version, elle
est livrée avec un ratio de réduction de
1/43 (dents droites).
Les versions industrielles sont livrées avec
des réducteurs à dents hélicoïdales plus
silencieux et plus robustes.
Les rapports de réduction sont indiqués
page 3.

è realizzata in presso fusione di alluminio,
ottenendo così il massimo grado di
manovrabilità, grazie alla sua leggerezza.
Il riduttore (in questa versione) è
normalmente con rapporto 1:43 con
ingranaggi a denti diritti.
Le versioni industriali sono fornite con
riduttore a dentatura elicoidale che è
maggiormente silenzioso e si caratterizza
per la sua robustezza.

rapporti disponibili.
Libellula/1-3”, Libellula/2-4”, Libellula/1-4” and Libellula/2-6” contractor
and cast iron version are equipped with
a bronze plug on the air chamber to
facilitate the self priming.
Les pompes Libellula/1-3”, Libellula/24”, Libellula/1-4” et Libellula/2-6” version chantier ou en fonte sont equipèes
avec bouchon en bronze sur le reservoir
pour faciliter l’amorçage.
Le pompe Libellula/1-3”, Libellula/24”, Libellula/1-4” e Libellula/2-6” versione edilizia o in ghisa sono equipaggiate con un tappo in bronzo sul polmone
