LE FRUIT D’UNE ANNÉE DE RECHERCHE ET DE TESTS
• Une collaboration entre nos partenaires et des laboratoires spécialisés ont amené à ce produit unique
et révolutionnaire sur le marché.
• Des tests de vieillissement et de résistance ont été réalisés par le centre de Recherche & Développement
d’Owens Corning aux Etats Unis.
• Les tests d’adhésion ont été réalisés par un laboratoire reconnu, le CERIB (Centre de Recherche de l’Industrie du Béton).
• Les résultats ont montré que chaque parement a une résistance de plus de 60 kg en force d’arrachement.

de l’Industrie du Béton stating that each stone resists to a strength of 60 kg.

ETAPES DE POSE :
Achetez en une fois la quantité nécessaire au chantier (nos produits évoluent avec
le temps) et mélangez-les Pierres de plusieurs boîtes pour garantir une harmonie
des nuances.
Pose :
1. Commencez à poser vos pierres par le bas du mur. Utilisez un niveau afin d’assurer
la parfaite horizontalité des plaques.
2. R etirez les protections des bandes adhésives au dos des plaques, et posez-les sur
le mur en respectant le Sens de pose (voir pictogramme sur la boîte).
3. A ppliquez les plaques sur le mur en appuyant en maintenant au moins 5 secondes.
Attention les plaques ne sont pas repositionnables.
4. S i vous avez besoin de découper les produits, vous pouvez utiliser une scie égoïne
avant d’avoir retiré la protection de l’adhésif. Une râpe à bois ou une scie cloche
peuvent être utilisées en cas de découpes particulières (interrupteur/prise...).
5. P rotégez vos pierres de parement à l’aide d’un spray hydrofuge afin d’en faciliter
l’entretien.
ENTRETIEN :
Nettoyez les plaques à l’aspirateur, en vous assurant de ne pas mettre l’embout
de l’aspirateur en contact direct avec le parement.

APPLICATION STAGES :
Buy all you need for the site in one purchase (our products change with time)
and mix stones from several boxes in order to harmonise the colour shades.
Application :
1. Start applying the stones from the base of the wall. Use a spirit level to make sure

2. Remove the protection from the adhesive strips on the back of the sheets

MONTAGESCHRITTE :
Erwerben Sie die gesamte für die Arbeiten benötigte Menge auf einmal (unsere
Produkte werden ständig weiterentwickelt) und vermischen Sie Ziegel aus mehreren
Behältern, um ein harmonisches Gesamtbild zu erhalten.
Montage :
1. Beginnen Sie am unteren Rand der Wand mit dem Anbringen der Ziegel.
Verwenden Sie eine Wasserwaage, um die horizontale Ausrichtung der Platten
zu gewährleisten.

Posa :

3. Applicare i pannelli sul muro tenendo premuto per almeno 5 secondi; prestare
la massima attenzione dato che i pannelli non sono riposizionabili.
4. Per tagliare i pannelli, utilizzare un saracco prima di rimuovere la protezione
dall’adesivo; per tagli particolari (interruttore, presa, ecc.) è possibile
impiegare una raspa da legno o una sega a tazza.
5. Proteggere le pietre di rivestimento con uno spray impermeabilizzante per
facilitarne la manutenzione.

ETAPAS DE LA COLOCACIÓN :
Adquiera la cantidad necesaria de una sola vez al proveedor de material de
construcción (nuestros productos evolucionan con el paso del tiempo) y mezcle
las piedras de diferentes cajas para garantizar la armonía de los tonos.
Colocación :
1. Empiece a colocar las piedras en la parte de abajo del muro. Utilice un nivel
para asegurarse de la perfecta horizontalidad de las placas.
2. Retire las protecciones de las bandas adhesivas de la parte posterior de las placas
y colóquelas sobre el muro respetando el sentido de la colocación (ver pictograma
en la caja).
3. Aplique las placas sobre el muro sujetándolas en su sitio al menos 5 segundos.
Tenga cuidado porque las placas no se pueden cambiar de sitio una vez colocadas.
4. Si necesita cortarlas, puede utilizar un serrucho manual antes de retirar
el adhesivo protector. También se puede utilizar una escofina para madera
o una broca cilíndrica para cortes especiales (interruptor/enchufe..).
5. Proteja las piedras del revestimiento mediante un espray hidrófugo para
facilitar su mantenimiento.
Mantenimiento :
Limpie las placas con aspirador, asegurándose de no poner la boquilla en contacto
directo con el revestimiento.

1. PRÉPARATION
Assurez-vous que votre support soit sain et sec, sans reste de peinture ou de papier peint. Ne pas coller sur bois, métal, faïence, locaux humides
ou exposés à des températures supérieures à 50° C (intérieur) ou 70° C (extérieur). Achetez en une fois la quantité nécessaire au chantier
(nos produis évoluent avec le temps) et mélangez les pierres de plusieurs boîtes pour garantir une harmonie de nuances. Renseignez-vous
sur l’existence de pierres d’angles saillants pour la finition de votre chantier. Supports admissibles : plâtre, plaques de plâtre, brique (intérieur)
ou béton, parpaing, enduit ciment (extérieur). Exclusions : pose au sol, dessus de muret.
2. POSE
1. Tracez des traits de niveau tous les 50 cm.
2. Otez si nécessaire les aspérités qui peuvent subsister au dos des plaques à l’aide d’une râpe à bois. Posez les plaques de haut en bas pour éviter
les salissures.

« intérieur/extérieur »). La râpe à bois ainsi que la scie cloche peuvent être utilisées en cas de découpes particulières (interrupteur/prise…).
Pour respecter le caractère rustique de certains modèles, il est préférable de casser plutôt que de scier.
6. En fonction du modèle choisi, exécutez le joint avec MODULOJOINT ou JOINT A L’ANCIENNE 24 heures après la pose.
7. Préparez le mortier, coupez le bout de la poche en biais (2 à 3 cm), remplissez la poche à moitié et, en pressant, remplissez les joints à ras-bord
en maintenant la poche au fond de la gorge en contact avec le mur. S’il déborde sur les pierres, laissez-le s’affermir et supprimez l’excédent lors
du grattage final.
8. Dès que le mortier commence à prendre (±1 heure), serrez le joint à l’aide du fer à joint.
9. Pour finir, les joints réguliers devront être lissés au fer, les autres à la brosse (ne pas utiliser de brosse métallique ni d’éponge).
10. P rotégez vos plaques d’éventuelles projections d’eau en appliquant le spray hydrofuge et oléofuge MODULO PROTECTION DE PLAQUETTES DE PAREMENT.
Il est recommandé de travailler par tranches de 3m² environ.

(nos produits évoluent avec le temps) et mélangez les pierres de plusieurs boîtes pour garantir une harmonie de nuances. Renseignez-vous
sur l’existence de pierres d’angles saillants pour la finition de votre chantier. Supports admissibles : plâtre, plaques de plâtre, brique (intérieur)
ou béton, parpaing, enduit ciment (extérieur). Exclusions : pose au sol, dessus de muret.
2. POSE
1. Tracez des traits de niveau tous les 50 cm.
2. Otez si nécessaire les aspérités qui peuvent subsister au dos des plaques à l’aide d’une râpe à bois. Posez les plaques de haut en bas pour éviter
les salissures.

6. Depending on the chosen plate, do the joint with MODULOJOINT or JOINT A L’ANCIENNE 24 hours after installation.
7. Prepare the mortar, cut the end of the bag diagonally (2 to 3 cm), fill the bag half full, by pressing fill the joints to the brim by holding the
bag at the bottom of the groove in contact with the wall. If it overflows onto the stones, let it set and remove the excess at the final scraping.
8. As soon as the mortar begins to set (±1 hour), clamp the joint using a jointer.
9. To finish, the regular joints must be smoothened with an iron, the others are to be brushed with a brush (do not use a metal brush or a
sponge).
10. To protect your plates from any splashing of water, apply the water and oil repellent MODULO PROTECTION PLAQUETTES DE PAREMENT spray.

En cada caja hay una gran variedad de modelos y tonos, y por lo tanto es aconsejable mezclar las placas de carias cajas. Asimismo, recomendamos
que compre de una vez la cantidad necesaria para la obra (nuestros productos evolucionan con el tiempo). Para la mayoría de las referencias,
existen ángulos (infórmese en el servicio de atención al cliente de Modulo). Soportes admisibles: yeso, placas de yeso, ladrillo (interior) u hormigón,
bloques de hormigón, o cemento.

especiales (interruptor/toma, etc.). Para respetar el carácter rústico de ciertos modelos, es preferible romper las placas en vez de serrarlas.
6. En función del modelo escogido, realice la junta con MODULOJOINT o JOINT A L’ANCIENNE 24 horas después de la colocación.
7. Prepare el mortero, corte la extremidad de la bolsa oblicuamente (2 a 3 cm), llene la bolsa hasta la mitad y, presionando, rellene las juntas
hasta el nivel del borde manteniendo la bolsa en el fondo de la ranura en contacto con la pared.
8. En cuanto el mortero empiece a fraguar (± 1 hora), cierre la junta con el llaguero.
9. Para el acabado, las juntas regulares deberán alisarse con el llaguero, las otras se cepillarán con un cepillo (no utilice cepillo metálico ni esponja)
10. Para proteger las placas contra las eventuales proyecciones de agua, aplique el spray MODULO PROTECTION DE PLAQUETTES DE PAREMENT.
Se recomienda trabajar por franjas de aproximadamente 3 m².

von mehr als 50° C (Innen) oder 70° C (Aussen) ausgesetzt ist, sollte nicht geklebt werden. In Ihrer Schachtel verfügen Sie über eine groβe Vielzahl
von Modellen und Farbtönen. Es wird angeraten, die Platten aus mehreren Schachteln zu vermengen. Wir empfehlen ebenfalls, die gesamte erforderliche Menge für die Baustelle auf ein Mal zu kaufen (undere Produkte entwickeln sich im Laufe der Zeit). Bei den meisten Artikeln gibt es Teile mit
vorstehenden Ecken (in der Verkaufsstelle oder beim Kundendienst von MODULO kann man entrsprechende Erkundigungen einholen). Annehmbare
Untergründe: Gips, Gipsplatten, Ziegeln (Innen) order Zement, Zementblock, Zementspachtel (Aussen). Ausgrenzungen: Boden, Wandplätte.
1. Alle 50 cm sollten Linien für das Ausrichten gezogen werden. Es wird empfohlen, beim Verlegen von oben nach unten zu areiten,

2. Der gegebenfalls auf der Rückseite der Platten vorhandene Preβgrat ist mit einer Holzraspel zu entfernen.
3. Jetzt ist MODULOCOLLE (Innenausgestaltung) oder COLLE EXTRA ( Innen/Auβengestaltung) auf der Rückseite der Platten aufzutragen.
Es ist auch möglich, beide Teile (sowol Träger als auch Platte) mit dem Klebmittel einzustreichen (doppeltes Einleimen).
4. Die Platten sind dann fest an die Wand gedrückt. Dabei ist eine waagerechte Hin- und Herbewegung auszuführen, so dass schlieβlich zwichen
den Platten ein Abstand bleibt.
5. Die Platten können leicht mit einem Fuchsschwanz zugeschnitten werden. Für das Herstellen besonderer Ausschnitte (Schalter, Steckdosen, ...)
kann man die Holzraspel und eine Lochsäge verwenden.
6. In Abhängigkeit vom Typ der gewählten Platte ist die Fuge 24 Stunden nach dem Verlegen mit MODULOJOINT oder JOINT A L’ANCIENNE auszufüllen.
7. Den Fugenmörtel vorbereiten, die Spitze des Beutels schräg anschneiden (2 bis 3 cm), den Beutel zur Hälfte füllen, drücken und die Fugen bis
zur Oberkante ausfüllen. Dabei muss sich die Spitze des Beutels am Boden der Fuge und im Kontakt mit der Wand befinden. Sollte etwa Mörtel
überlaufen, läβt man ihn etwa fest werden, um den Überschuβ dann beim abschlieβenden Ausschaben zu entfernen.
8. Sobald der Mörtel anfängt abzubinden (±1 Stunde) ist die Fuge mit dem Fugeneiser zu verpressen.
9. Regelmäβige Fugen sind mit dem Fugeneisen zu glätten, die anderen werden mit einer harten Bürste ausgebürstet. Auf keinen Fall darf man
eine Sthalbürste oder einen Schwamm verwenden.
10. Um die Platten gegen eventuelles Spritzwasser zu schützen, ist der wasser- und ölabweisende Spray MODULO PROTECTION PLAQUETTES DE
PAREMENT zu verwenden.
Es wird empfohlen, jeweils in Abschnitten von etwa 3 m² zu arbeiten.

Nella confezione è inclusa una grande varietà di modelli e di tonalità. Si raccomanda di utilizzare piastre prelevate da diverse confezioni. Si raccomanda
inoltre di acquistare la quantità necessaria in cantiere in una sola volta (i nostri prodotti evolvono nel tempo). Per la maggior parte degli articoli,
sono disponibili degli angolari sporgenti (informarsi presso il servizio assistenza clienti Modulo). Supporti ammissibili: gesso, carton gesso, mattone
(interno), o concrete, calcestruzzo, rivestimento in cemento (esterno). Esclusioni: suoli e piano di muro.
2. POSA
1. Tracciare dei tratti di livello ogni 50 cm. Si consiglia di effetuare la posa dall’alto verso il basso per evitare la formazione di sporcizia.
2. Eliminare, se necesario, le sbavure eventualmente presenti sul retro delle piastre, utilizzando una raspa per legno.
3. Deporre dei blocchi di MODULOCOLLE (decorazione interna) o COLLE EXTRA (decorazzione interna/esterna o esterna) sulla parte posteriore delle piastre.
4. Applicare le piastre sulla parete premendo ed effetuando un movimiento avanti-indietro in orizzontale, ponendo attenzione a lasciare un interspazio.
5. Queste piastre si tagliano con molta facilità utilizzando un saracco. La raspa per legno e la sega possono essere utilizzate in caso di tagli particolari
(interruttore, presa, ecc.). Per rispettare le caratteristiche della piastra di tipo rustico, è preferibile rompere piuttosto di segare.
6. In base alla piastra selezionata, eseguire la giuntura con MODULOJOINT o JOINT A L’ANCIENNE d’ ore dopo la posa.
7. Preparare la malta, tagliare l’estremità della sacca in obliquo (2-3 cm), riempire la sacca a metà e, premendo, rimpiere le fughe a rado del bordo
mantenendo la sacca sul fondo della scanalatura, a contatto con la parete. Qualora sbordi sulle pietre, lasciarle stabilizzare, quindi rimuovere
l’eccesso di materiale durante la raschiatura finale.
8. Non appena la malta inizia a rapprendersi (±1 ora), serrare il giunto utilizzando un ferro per giunti.
9. Lasciare i giunti regolari con il ferro; spazzolare gli altri con la spazzola in gramigna. In particolare, non utilizzare né spazzole metalliche, né spunge.
10. Per proteggere la piastra da eventiali fuoriuscite d’acqua, applicare MODULO PROTECTION PLAQUETTES DE PAREMENT.
Si racommanda di procedere per aree da 3 m² circa.
