Minimum requirements: Education: Successful completion of post‐secondary education in law, business, contracting, purchasing/procurement or another specialty relevant to the position OR successful completion of secondary school coupled with significant related experience. Occupational Certification: Enrolled in or have completed either PMAC (Purchasing Management Association of Canada) or APICS (The Association for Operations Management) designations or equivalent procurement/purchasing training. Experience: When applying, the candidate must clearly demonstrate in writing how they meet the following experience criteria:  4 years or more of related experience  Recent experience in a procurement environment, with actual experience in negotiating contracts for services  Procurement experience with an ERP system ‐ JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP, People Soft, etc.  Experience in providing advice and recommendations on procurement and contracting issues and supplier management issues  Experience working in, and providing specialized advice and procurement input to multi‐functional project teams ***** Études : Diplôme d’études postsecondaires dans les domaines du droit, des affaires, de la passation de marchés, des achats ou de l’approvisionnement ou de tout autre domaine pertinent OU diplôme d’études secondaires accompagné d’une vaste expérience pertinente. Attestation professionnelle : Détenir ou être en voie d’obtenir une attestation professionnelle de l’Association canadienne de gestion des achats (ACGA) ou de l’association pour la gestion des opérations (APICS) ou formation équivalente dans le domaine de l’approvisionnement ou des achats.
