Invitation to the 10th EURL-AP workshop 2016
and the EURL-AP 10th anniversary ceremony
Dear NRL Colleagues,
The EURL-AP invites you officially to participate to the 10th EURL-AP workshop including
the 10th anniversary that will take place from the 20th September at 13:00 to the 22nd
September 2016 at 14:00 in Namur, Belgium.
We remind you as already announced in the December 2015 Newsletter, that the participation
of at least one representative per NRL is mandatory for the workshop. This participation is
financially supported by the EURL-AP (both workshop and ceremony). As a reminder, the
accommodation costs for one NRL representative only will be reimbursed on the basis of the
invoices (hotel, flight, train); extra costs are covered by the daily allowance foreseen by the EU
budget. A second participant per NRL is encouraged. Nevertheless this second participant’s
presence cannot be supported by the EURL-AP and will be charged 180€ (including meeting
dinner).

Hotel Ibis Namur Centre (rue du Premier Lanciers 10, Namur, Phone: + 32 81 257540, Fax: +
32 81 257550) has been selected for accommodation. Fifty rooms are pre-booked for the
workshop at a price of 86.00 €/night from the 19th – 22nd of September. The hotel is located in
the town centre. It is about 700 m from the train station and 600 m from the meeting place.
You are requested contact the hotel to book your room using the document in attachment
before 1st July 2016. Reservation shall be done by email only at [email protected] (and
not by their website). Do not forget to mention you credit card number and expiry date for
guaranteed booking.
