Björn Rosenberg, 51 ans, rejoindra
Wärtsilä le 1er septembre au poste
de PDG en remplacement d’Ole
Johansson, qui partira à la retraite.

président d’Atlas Copco
Construction & Mining Technique
à Shangaï, il a auparavant
collaboré au sein d’Esab Group,
puis de Nordhydraulic Nordwin AB
avant de travailler pour Atlas
Copco dès 1998. Björn Rosenberg,
51 years old, will be joining
Wärtsilä on 1 September as CEO,
in replacement of Ole Johansson
who is retiring. Currently
Executive Vice-Chairman of Atlas
Copco AB and Chairman of Atlas
Copco Construction and Mining
Technique in Shanghai, he
previously worked in Esab Group,
then Nordhydraulic Nordwin AB
before joining Atlas Copco in 1998.

GUY DE PANAFIEU
Christophe Martinoli, directeur
général de Wipro France, a
annoncé la nomination de Guy de
Panafieu en tant que conseiller de
Wipro France. Ancien élève de
l’ENA, inspecteur des finances,
Guy de Panafieu a notamment été
vice-président et directeur général
de Lyonnaise des Eaux et PDG de
Bull. Il a aussi occupé les fonctions
de président du Conseil des chefs
d’entreprise France-Inde du Medef
International et de vice-président
du Business and Industry Advisory
Council de l’OCDE. Depuis 2002, il
est conseiller principal de Clinvest,
puis de Calyon, devenu Crédit
agricole Corporate and Investment
Bank (CA-CIB). Guy de Panafieu
est par ailleurs administrateur de
M6, Medica et Sanef. Christophe
Martinoli, Chief Executive of Wipro
France, announced the
appointment of Guy de Panafieu as
an Adviser at Wipro France. A
graduate of ENA and a finance
inspector, Guy de Panafieu has
notably been Vice-President and
Chief Executive of Lyonnaise des
Eaux and CEO of Bull. He has also
held positions as Chairman of the
France-India Company Heads
Council of Medef International
and Vice-President of the Business
and Industry Advisory Council
of the OECD. Since 2002, he has
been Senior Adviser for Clinvest,
then Calyon now known as Crédit
Agricole Corporate and Investment
Bank (CA-CIB). Guy de Panafieu is
also a Director of M6, Medica and
Sanef.
GAËLLE OLIVIER
Édouard Macquin, recently
promoted to become Sales
Director. Based in Sao Paulo
(Brazil), she will report directly
to Daniel Harari, the group’s Chief
Executive. Before joining Lectra as
Marketing Director and Sales
Engineer (2000-2007), Adriana
Vono Papavero was Sales Director
for South America at WGSN.

Gaëlle Olivier et Emmanuel
Touzeau sont respectivement
nommés directrice générale des
activités d’assurance dommages
d’Axa en Asie et directeur de la
communication et de la
responsabilité d’entreprise du
groupe. Diplômée de l’École
polytechnique, de l’ENSAE et
de l’Institut des actuaires,
Gaëlle Olivier rejoint Axa en 1998
au sein d’Axa Investment
Managers, puis au siège du groupe
en tant que secrétaire du conseil
de surveillance et du directoire.
En 2004, elle prend en charge la
direction des opérations
d’investissement, puis la direction
de la stratégie et de l’audit d’Axa
Japon. Devenue en 2009
directrice de la communication et
de la responsabilité d’entreprise
du groupe, elle est remplacée à ce
poste par Emmanuel Touzeau.
Diplômé de l’ESCP Europe, il
rejoint Axa en 2003 au sein de la

ADRIANA VONO PAPAVERO
Adriana Vono Papavero devient
directrice de Lectra Amérique du
Sud en remplacement d’Édouard
Macquin, récemment promu
directeur commercial. Basée à Sao
Paulo (Brésil), elle sera rattachée
directement à Daniel Harari,
directeur général du groupe.
Avant de rejoindre Lectra en tant
que directrice du marketing et
ingénieur commercial (20002007), Adriana Vono Papavero a
occupé les fonctions de directrice
des ventes pour l’Amérique du Sud
chez WGSN. Adriana Vono
Papavero is becoming Director of
Lectra South America, replacing

Gaëlle Olivier and Emmanuel
Touzeau have respectively been
appointed Chief Executive for
damage insurance activities
of AXA Asia and Director of
Communications and Corporate
Responsibility for the group.
A graduate of the École
Polytechnique, ENSAE and
the Institut des Actuaires,
Gaëlle Olivier joined AXA in 1998
in the AXA Investment Managers
division, then the group head
office as Secretary of the
Surveillance Council and Board.
In 2004, she took charge of
management for investment
operations, then management
of strategy and auditing for AXA
Japan. Becoming Director of
Communications and Corporate
Responsibility for the group in
2009, she is being replaced in this
position by Emmanuel Touzeau.
A graduate of ESCP Europe,
he joined AXA in 2003, in the
financial communications division.
In 2008 he became Head of Press
Relations, then Director of External
Communication in 2009.
