– la demande d’inscription suivante, à remplir en lettres majuscules ;
– une lettre de motivation ;
– un certificat de fin de scolarité (final ou provisoire) du dernier établissement scolaire fréquenté, traduit en français ;
– une attestation de votre niveau en français, établi par un organisme officiel ou une école reconnue, accompagnée
d’une traduction en français ;
– une preuve du paiement des frais de dossier — 300 € (joindre une photocopie du virement bancaire correspondant);
– 3 photos d’identité récentes avec vos nom et prénom écrits en majuscules au verso. L’une de ces photos doit être collée dans la case correspondante de ce formulaire d’inscription.
– une photocopie de votre passeport.

– the attached “Application Form”. Fill in using capital letters);
– a motivation letter;
– a school leaving certificate (final or provisional) from the last educational establishment you attended, translated into
French;
– a certificate testifying to a your level of French, delivered by an official body or recognised school, accompanied by a
French translation;
– evidence of payment of the file opening fee — 300 € (attach a photocopy of the bank transfer slip);
– 3 identity photographs taken recently with first and family name written on the back in capitals. One of these photos is
to be attached to the Application Form in the box provided;
– photocopy of your passport.
