PULSAR THREE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
We certify that the PULSAR watch detailed on the enclosed
warranty repair coupon is warranted against defects in material
and workmanship for three years from the date of purchase,
providing it has been sold by an authorized and appointed dealer.
Within this period, regulation, adjustment, repair or replacement
of parts or movements will be performed (or at our option a new
replacement watch of equivalent value and similar function will
be supplied) without charge unless excluded below. To qualify
for service under warranty, you must present your watch together
with a valid warranty repair coupon (attached at the end of this
booklet) to the authorized PULSAR dealer from whom the watch
was purchased or to:

Postage, insurance and shipping charges are to be paid by the
owner of the watch unless we are required to pay such charges
under applicable law. This warranty is transferable.

1 . THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE GLASS CRYSTAL,
BRACELET, STRAP, ATTACHMENTS, BATTERY OR ANY
ACCESSORIES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY
POUCH OR BELT ATTACHED TO THE WATCH). UNLESS
YOU INDICATE TO THE CONTRARY, YOU AGREE TO PAY
THE COST OF A REPLACEMENT BATTERY IF IN OUR
OPINION, ONE IS REQUIRED.
2. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER WATER DAMAGE
WHEN IT IS NOT CLEARLY DESIGNATED ON CASE BACK,
AS WATER RESISTANT.
3 . THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER SCRATCHES ON THE
CASE CAUSED BY USE.
4. THIS WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY IF PROPERLY FILLED
IN AND DATED BY THE AUTHORIZED AND APPOINTED
PULSAR DEALER FROM WHOM THE WATCH WAS PURCHASED.
5 . WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RELINQUISH ALL RESPONSIBILITY
UNDER THIS WARRANTY FOR REPAIRS IF THE WATCH IS
TAMPERED WITH OR REPAIRED BY OTHER THAN PULSAR
AUTHORIZED SERVICE FACILITIES.
6 . WE WILL NOT HONOUR ALTERED OR TAMPERED WARRANTY
REPAIR COUPONS OR PHOTOCOPIES OF THE WARRANTY
REPAIR COUPONS.
7. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT AFFECT SPECIFIC LEGAL
RIGHTS OF A CONSUMER UNDER APPLICABLE LAW EXCEPT
TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH RIGHTS MAY BE WAIVED.
8 . WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY TROUBLE WITH OR DAMAGE
TO WATCHES DUE TO NATURAL DISASTER SUCH AS FIRE,
FLOOD OR EARTHQUAKE, OR DUE TO ACCIDENT, LACK
OF CARE OR OTHER THAN NORMAL USE.
9 . WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL
LOSS OR DAMAGE RELATING TO A BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED WARRANTY.

Nous certifions que la montre PULSAR indiquée sur le coupon de
réparation sous garantie ci-joint est garantie exempte de tous
vices de matière et de fabrication pendant une durée d’un an à
partir de la date d’achat, à condition que la montre ait été vendue
par un détaillant autorisé. Pendant ce laps de temps, le réglage,
l’ajustement, la réparation ou l’échange de pièces ou de mouvements se fera gratuitement (ou bien une nouvelle montre de
valeur équivalente et de fonctionnement semblable sera fournie
sans frais et ce, à notre gré), à l’exception des cas décrits cidessous. Afin de bénéficier de cette garantie, vous devez présenter
votre montre accompagnée d’un coupon de réparation sous garantie
en cours de validité (se trouvant en dernière page de ce livret) au
détaillant autorisé PULSAR qui vous a vendu la montre ou à:
