Entry Requirements
Cambridge Higher School Certificate with at least 2 ‘A’
levels or completion of Foundation Course or equivalent
pre-university qualifications.
Career Prospects
All graduates have obtained relevant positions in ITrelated fields and positions including: business analyst,
team leader, software developer, web / mobile
developer, systems analyst, assistant project manager,
network technician. Graduates will be employed in almost
all areas including public or private sector organizations.
We are working with industrial partners who take our
students on industrial training and at the end the students
are recruited based on their performances.
Teaching Methods
The program will be assessed in a variety of ways that are
appropriate to the subject and learning outcomes within
the program.
Assessments will include written
examinations, coursework in the form of written
assessment, oral presentations, reports and projects, case
studies, and in the final year, a research project. However,
some modules will be assessed wholly on the basis of
continuous assessments.

Course Overview:
Through the Applied Computer science degree program, you’ll
get the skills necessary to play a critical role in sustaining
today’s knowledge-based society. Graduates of the Bachelor
in Computer Science will be well equipped to meet the
requirements of both industrial and commercial organisations
for information technology specialists. We offer Industrial
Experience (Stage) on this program, which combine academic
study with industrial placement between your taught modules
and project. The Industrial experience as part of your degree
gives you a route to develop real-world, practical problemsolving skills gained through your programme of study in a
professional context. This can give you an important edge in
the graduate job market.
Fees
Full Time: Rs 22,500 per semester
Part Time: Rs 17,500 per semester
Delivery Plan & Intake
The course is run over 6 semesters (three academic years) on a
full time basis and 9 semesters (four and a half academic
years) on a part time basis. One intake per year in July.
Location
This course will be run only at the Rose-Hill Campus.
