This wonderful multilevel private villa in St Barth is an astonishing accomplishment of
workmanship and design. The superb merging of stone and wood throughout this
property creates a tranquil and refreshingly natural atmosphere. Combined with
sensibly chosen fixtures it becomes one of the best properties in St. Barth. It took
almost two years of hard work by carpenters and stone cutters to accomplish this
astonishing vision from the New York architectural firm of Barnes and Coy. From its
large terrace, a broad view over the bays of Lorient and St. Jean, the Atlantic and St.
Maarten meets the eye: it feels as if you are standing on the deck of an ocean liner…
The entrance to the luxury rental villa opens straight into the central living, dining and
kitchen area. Its panoramic view and high ceilings give it an open loft-like feel. Choice
amenities make the kitchen both a pleasure to look at and a chef's dream to use. The
dining area has sophisticated seating for eight at a dark wood table. Luxurious sofas in
the living area seat ten. The living area, has fine hardwood furniture and Asian
antiques, and it opens onto the terrace and pool with panoramic ocean views. Stairs
upwards leads to a home office with a large workspace in a loft area above the living
area. Two levels lower is a state of the art fitness and spa area.
The property's first three bedrooms, found on the pool level, are all equally spacious
and dramatically furnished in dark hardwoods and chocolate-hued leather. The first
bedroom has views to the east and south, a glass-tiled en suite bath, ample closet
space, and a private deck with an outdoor shower. The second and third bedrooms
also have their own private outdoor spaces, as well as en suite baths. These three
bedrooms all have a king beds, fine linens and plentiful closet space. The villa's fourth
and fifth bedrooms are on the lower level. Each has a king bed that is convertible to
two twins. Not far from the terrace is an outdoor bathroom, designed in the shape of a
nautilus with a rain head shower. All the bedrooms have the highest quality linens.

The large and open living and entertainment area with state of the art fitness and spa
facilities is on the lowest level of the superb luxury villa. Here you will find comfortable
sofas, gym, massage room, private en suite baths with rain head showers, a pool table
and Ping-Pong. It is important to note that this area is only available when the villa is
rented in its entirety. There is also an outdoor pool table in the nearby garden area.
The size of the terrace is almost 3,000 square feet on two levels with a spectacular
270-degree view of Lorient Bay, St. Jean and the Atlantic. A teak deck beneath a large
canvas awning offers more than enough seating for relaxing in the shade or dining
outdoors. Chaises for sunning are ventilated by an automatic misting system. A
professional grill makes barbecuing a delight and there is a food preparation area with
a sink. A lower terrace, on the other side of the sparkling infinity pool, offers a private
space for relaxing to the peaceful sound of the black stone fountain.
All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Year's Day will be charged at the
Holiday Rate for a minimum of 7 to 14 days, depending on the villa selected.
