CARACTERÍSTICAS / CARACTERISTIQUES / CHARACTERISTICS
Material: Realizada en fundición dúctil, en gráfico esferoidal, según ISO 1083 (Tipo 500-7) y norma En 1563.
Zona de instalación: Clase D-400 según EN 124. Grupo 4. Calzadas de carreteras (incluyendo calles peatonales), arcenes estabilizados y
zonas de aparcamiento para todo tipo de vehículos.
Certificación de producto: BENITO URBAN comercializa los productos fabricados y certificados con la marca N de AENOR de ALTA CORA,
S.L.
Revestimiento: Pintura hidrosoluble negra, no tóxica, no inflamable y no contaminante.
Superficie: Tapas metálica con relieve antideslizante.
Estabilidad: Tapa formada por cuatro tapas abatibles solapadas que se abren separadamente. Con sistema de cierre.
Articulación: Rótula de articulación que permite una fácil apertura y seguridad de exploración. Bloqueo de la tapa a 90º, apertura máxima
a 120º. En penidente la tapa no se cierra.
Obra civil: Marco con lengüetas para una mejor instalación en la obra.
Matériel: tampon de service verouillable en fonte ductile à graphite sphéroïdal conformément aux norme ISO 1083 (type 500-7) et EN
1563.
Zone d'installation: Classe D-400, Groupe 4 trafic faible, moyen et intense. suivant la norme EN 124 : Routes et chaussées (y compris les
rues piétonnes, accotements et aires de stationnement) pour tous les types de véhicules.
Certification: BENITO URBAN commercialise en exclusivité les produits fabriqués et certifiés sous la marque N d'Aenor de ALTA CORA, S.L.
Couverture: peinture noire base aqueuse, non toxique, ininflammable et écologique.
Surface: relief antidérapant.
Fermeture: fermeture par quatre plaques articulés.
Articulation: système de verrouillage cranté à 90° et 130 °(ouverture maximal) interdisant la fermeture accidentelle (même en terrain
pentu).
Génie Civil: le cadre comporte des onglets pour faciliter le scellement.
Material: Made of spheroidal graphite ductile iron according to ISO 1083 (Type 500-7) and EN1563.
Installation area: D-400 class to EN-124. Group 4. Road, pedestrian ways, stabilized verges and car park areas for all kind of vehicles.
Product certification: BENITO URBAN products are duly manufactured and certified to AENOR N ALTA CORA, S.L. trademark.
Coating: Non-toxic, inflammable and non-contaminant water-soluble black paint.
Surface: Slippery-proof metallic surface.
Stability: four tip-up underhand covers that open separately. Locking device included.
Joint: Hinge to ensure easy opening and allow full inside exploration. Cover gets locked at 90º and maximum opening at 120º. This cover
does not close when installed in a slope.
Civil works: Hydraulic frame with joint rims for a better installation process.
