Rudolf Rentsch ist beratend und forensisch tätig im Gebiet des gesamten
Immaterialgüterrechts, insbesondere des Patent-, Marken- und Urheberrechts,
sowie des Wettbewerbsrechts. Er besitzt umfassende Erfahrung bei der Betreuung
komplexer Patentstreitigkeiten und in der internationalen Prozesskoordinierung,
auch in den USA, in China und zahlreichen europäischen Ländern. Einen weiteren
Schwerpunkt bilden das ICT-Recht, das Lizenzvertragsrecht sowie die juristischtechnische Beratung im Bereich Computer, Computersoftware, Internet und
Telekommunikation.
Rudolf Rentsch prodigue des conseils et plaide dans tous les domaines du droit
de la propriété intellectuelle (en particulier en matière de brevets, de marques et de
droits d’auteur). Il est également spécialisé en droit de la concurrence. Il dispose
d’une solide expérience dans la gestion de litiges complexes liés au droit des brevets
et dans la coordination de procès internationaux acquise notamment aux États-Unis,
en Chine et dans de nombreux pays européens. Il travaille également dans les
domaines du droit des technologies informatiques et de l’information ainsi que
des contrats de licence, et offre des prestations de conseil juridique et technique
en matière d’informatique, de logiciels, d’Internet et de télécommunication.
Rudolf Rentsch is advising and representing clients in proceedings in all areas of
intellectual property law (in particular patent, trademark and copyright law) as well as
competition law. He has vast experience in managing complex patent litigations and in
coordinating international law suits, also in the USA, China and many European countries.
Further areas of expertise are the law concerning ICT (information and computer
technology) and licence agreements as well as the legal and technical consultation in
the field of computers, computer software, internet and telecommunications.
