Responsable de l’ensemble des validations d’intégration E/E sur véhicules utilitaires (25 projets en simultané)
En contact avec l’ensemble des développeurs électronique et moteur. Création d’un processus de travail et d’outils de suivi.
Analyse niveau2 des anomalies rencontrées par les valideurs via schémas électriques, CAN et diagnostique véhicule.

I am qualified to work as an engineer in manufacturing or as a mechatronics design engineer.
Professional experience

Since 2010 Mechatronics engineer - Renault automaker (France) for a consultancy company (Akka)
I am in charge of electronics and mechanical integration for all vans projects (about 25 projects). I determine which tests have to
be done and manage them. I am in touch with more than 50 electronics designers. I created several procedures for this job.
Bug analysis found by testing team. I am working with electrical schematics, CAN and diagnostic tools.

2008 - 2009 Job search - web design
I launched my own company specializing in website design including SEO. I designed 10 sites and an e-commerce boutique.
The largest site (actutoulouse.fr) has had about 40,000 hits in the last year.

2005 - 2008 Apprentice engineer - Manufacturing process department (France).
Valeo Automotive supplier. (70,000 employees and an annual turnover of about 9 billion Euros)
The plant where I worked manufactures and packages (blister, pouch and folding carton) more than 50 millions products per year.
• 2007 - 2008 Manufacturing project manager for an automatic labeling system.
Wrote the procurement specifications for the project, identified and managed the suppliers.
Wrote the justification to obtain company investment funds for the prototype (40,000 euros).
Solved technical problems encountered by the suppliers. Determined the product range produced with the new machine.

Improved the operational efficiency of 8 machines for packaging windshield wipers and reduced the number of breakdowns
by programming new functions. Provided support to the departmental manager for selected industrialization projects.



