TUITION FEES PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND REFUND POLICY
FRENCH SUMMER SCHOOL
The Ecole des Mines d’Albi adopts the following policy concerning the tuition fees for the French
Summer School.
I - Amount
Tuition fees :
For students coming from partner institution : 800 euros for 4 weeks / 1 500 euros for 8 weeks
Other students : 1100 euros for 4 weeks / 2000 euros for 8 weeks
II - Payment schedule for the tuition fees
The students admitted to the School should pay 100 % of the total fees at least one month before the
beginning of the French course.
The payment will confirm your definitive inscription to the French Summer School.
III -Refund policy for the tuition fees
Every cancellation must be notified by letter, dated and signed.
- If a student cancels less than one month before the start of the French Summer School there will be a
full refund of the payment except the administrative costs: 100 euros.
- If a student cancels after the beginning of the French Summer School, there will be no refund.
- If a student does not receive his/her passport/visa through no fault of his own (with official proof), there
will be a full refund except the administrative costs: 100 euros.

P Une assurance couvrant les frais d’hospitalisation ou de rapatriement sanitaire en cas d’accident grave pour la
période totale de votre séjour en France / insurrance which covers repatriation in case of accidents serious
illness and death for the total period on your staying in France.
P Une assurance couvrant pendant 3 mois les frais de santé et d’hospitalisation)/ insurrance which covers health
care and hospitalization in case of illness for 3 months period.
P Attestation délivrée par Campus France si vous êtes Boursier (Eiffel)
Certificate issued by Campus France, if you are a scholarship student (Eiffel)
P Certificat de naissance traduit en français par le Consulat du pays, la traduction doit être accompagned
d'une photocopie du certificat de naissance original / Birth certificate issued abroad in a foreign language
have to be translated by French Consulate in your country, the translation must be accompagned by a
photocopy of the original birth certificate.
P Attestation officielle de niveau de français (DELF, TCF, TEF)/ French level certificate (DELF, TCF, TEF).
