6. Mission et activités :
1.
Responsible for peptide QC within the PPCF (60%)
o
Primary operator of QC instruments, mainly Agilent 6230 TPF LC/MS and
Sample Prep Workstation.
o
Perform daily peptide QC and reporting.
o
Perform complex routine (calibrations, preventive maintenance) and nonroutine (repair) procedures. Solve troubleshooting.
Report data on notebook and to supervisor. Maintain lab stocks of
reagents.

Participate to process optimization and method developments.
