Description
The DH50209 square MELF is designed for medium
power switches where low losses and low distortion
are required at frequencies from HF.
Diode uses SMD hermetic ceramic package and
glass passivation technology and mesa design.
Applications
The excellent thermal properties assure predictable
superior performances in high power application
such as switches for filter bank, antenna switching
and MRI application when supplied in non magnetic
package.
