TOURNAMENT UPDATE
Upcoming - Summer 2015 Registration
Registration packages will be distributed on Saturday, February 14th by your
captains. If you are a spare we will have extra packages available or you will
also be able to print the registration forms by visiting our website
http://pwsl.ca/english/download.html.
PWSL welcomes ladies of all ages (19+) and abilities, so if you have any
friends that are interested in playing this summer and would like to come try
a game or receive more information, please refer them a PWSL executive
committee member or email us at [email protected].
The summer season requires a ton of organization, so all registration
packages are due back by Saturday, March 28th. A $25 late fee will be
applied to any full-time player registrations received after the deadline.
We hope to see you on the field this summer!

DIFA – Diane’s Information For All
Dear DIFA,
Despite our strongest efforts Marie-France
Bourret has been unable to secure the group
of massage therapy students that we have
had in years past. Unfortunately the school
already has its students participating in 2
other events this weekend. We have
contacted other schools, but have not been
able to secure another group of students.
This year PWSL will be welcoming 2
paid massage therapists for the
afternoon (11:30am-2:30pm) from Action
Sport Physio. These professionals will be
compensated so they do not require tips,
unless you feel so inclined. We hope to
secure the massage therapy students again
for the 2016 Indoor Tournament.
We will be serving soups and other hot
beverages again this year so feel free to
bring your own coffee mug or thermos with a
lid! We will have some disposable cups on
hand.
Be sure to dress warm, maybe even bring
a blanket! We have asked that the heat be
turned up, but the gym still tends to be a
chilly area!
UPCOMING EVENTS :
Lately the “girls” feel out of control as I’m running
down the field… It’s hard enough to control the ball
during the game, but now I have to “manage” them
too! I’m starting to fear that one of these days the
girls are going to hit me in the face. The thought of
duck taping them down has crossed my mind many
times. Help before I resort to duck tape!
Frankly,
Needing support
Dear Needing support,
Is it really all about securing your girls for a fast pace game or are you just
inclined to use duct tape at any given opportunity? Quell your suggestive
carnal capers from your mind and invest in a supportive under garment of
reputable quality that will hold your bosom buddies snug. Following this,
you'll be able to focus on winning plays with the real girls of the game, your
team mates.
