Tête de menthe fraîche

Dans un shaker rempli au ¾ de glaçons, verser le sirop de vanille, la purée de citron vert
PONTHIER et la purée de fraise PONTHIER.
Ajouter 4 cl de vodka.
Bien secouer et filtrer dans un beau verre à cocktail. Décorer de pétales de fraise « collées »
sur un rectangle en pomme verte placé sur le bord du verre. Les pétales de fraise
tiennent seules grâce à la pectine des fruits.

In a shaker three-quarters full of ice, pour in the vanilla syrup, PONTHIER lime puree
and PONTHIER strawberry purée.
Add 4cl vodka.
Shake well and filter into a pretty cocktail glass. Decorate with petals of strawberry
«stuck» to a rectangle of green apple on the rim of the glass. The strawberry petals stay
in place thanks to the pectin in the fruit.
