F&C REIT NOMME IAN KELLEY
AU POSTE DE FUND DIRECTOR EUROPE &
HEAD OF FRANCE
F&C REIT Asset Management (F&C REIT) annonce aujourd’hui la nomination de Ian Kelley au poste de Fund
Director Europe & Head of France. Ian Kelley prendra ses fonctions en mai 2015 pour ouvrir le nouveau
bureau de F&C REIT à Paris, implantation stratégique qui viendra soutenir les équipes existantes au
Royaume-Uni, en Allemagne et en Irlande qui gèrent actuellement €9.8 milliards d’actifs immobiliers.
Fort de 17 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie immobilière pan-européenne, Ian Kelley sera responsable du
développement de la plateforme en France et en Europe en vue de compléter la plateforme existante. Il
déploiera dans ce cadre la stratégie de F&C REIT en Europe au travers notamment du lancement de
nouveaux fonds cross-border et pan-European “core / core+” pour des clients institutionnels et également des
club-deals “Value-Add” pour des clients privés et des family offices.
Avant de rejoindre F&C REIT, Ian Kelley exerçait depuis plus de 10 ans auprès de CBRE Global Investors où
il a co-lancé plusieurs fonds d’investissement pan-Européen avec une valeur marché de plus de 2,5 milliards
d’euros. Avant de rejoindre CBRE, Ian Kelley a exercé des fonctions chez Unibail-Rodamco et Bouygues
Immobilier en immobilier commercial et d’entreprise, ainsi que chez Polo Ralph Lauren où il était chargé du
développement commercial en Europe.
