et France Boily, vice-présidente
depuis 6 - 7 ans. La relève est

Message des Chevaliers de Colomb
 Ce mois-ci, le repas mensuel des Chevaliers sera servi le
dimanche 10 mai pour célébrer la Fête des mères. Venez en
grand nombre manger un dîner roast-beef avec tous les à
côtés.
 Avez-vous déjà participé au repas de homard servi par les
Chevaliers de Colomb? Il en vaut la peine! Vous pouvez

Couronne de 1000 chapelets
N’oubliez pas que dans la salle St-Joseph, il y
a un livre dans lequel vous pouvez noter les
chapelets que vous priez. Du premier dimanche
de mai jusqu’au 31 décembre 2015, nous vous
encourageons à écrire la date de votre prière du
chapelet et l’intention de cette prière telle que:
pour les familles en difficulté, pour la paix dans le
monde, ou toute autre intention qui vous inspire.
Ainsi, de mai à décembre, en 245 jours, nous
aurons offert 1000 chapelets à la Ste-Vierge.
Comment prier le chapelet ?
1. Choisir les mystères du jour. Commencer le
chapelet par le Signe de la croix, suivi de la
récitation du Je crois en Dieu (Symbole des
Apôtres).
2. Réciter le Notre Père et dire un Je vous
salue, Marie pour chacun des trois grains.
3. Dire le Gloire soit au Père entre les deux
grains.
4. Annoncer le premier mystère et l'intention qui
y est associée, et dire le Notre Père.
5. Dire un Je vous salue Marie pour chacun
des dix grains.
6. Dire le Gloire soit au Père .
7. Annoncer et méditer le deuxième mystère ; dire
le Notre Père. Répéter les étapes 6 et 7 pour les
3ème, 4ème, et 5ème Mystères.
8. Dire le SALVE REGINA.
9. Terminer avec le signe de la Croix
Journées mondiales de la jeunesse 2016
Les JMJ 2016 se dérouleront du
25 juillet au 1er août 2016 à
Cracovie en Pologne.
Le thème est «Heureux les
miséricordieux, car ils obtiendront
miséricorde.» (Mt 5,7).

chapitre Focolare de Calgary,
seront parmi nous pour vendre les
Croix à tenir fabriquées aux
Philippines. Le coût de chaque
croix est de15$. Cette vente de Croix est pour
soutenir une usine de menuiserie à Tagaytay
aux Philippines.

Notre résurrection n'est pas tout entière dans le
futur, elle est aussi en nous, elle commence, elle
a déjà commencé.

Après s’être cherché de toutes les façons, il a
compris qu’il faut parfois mourir pour vivre. Mourir
a signifié pour lui de faire une thérapie d’un an,
d’abandonner ses dépendances et ses chums,
d’accepter d’entrer en contact avec son père et
mettre de côté sa colère. En fait, tous ces gestes
ont représenté pour lui revivre une deuxième fois,
ou vivre pour une des premières fois. Après sa
thérapie, il cherchait toujours le bonheur. Après
quelques rencontres, je lui ai posé la question
suivante: «Où es-tu heureux, Éric? À quel
endroit?». Il me répondit qu’il était bien à Sens au
voyage, un groupe pastoral, « là je me sens bien
et je me sens accepté ». C’est alors que je l’ai
invité à faire une démarche avec les Oblats
(O.M.I). Depuis, Éric commence à « ressusciter »
et à être un témoin dans son milieu, parce qu’il a
réussi à mourir à ce qui l’empêchait de vivre.

May 3rd, 2015 fifth Sunday of Easter B
Office of Liturgy and Life & Family Resource Centre (LFRC)
Vigil for Life: Bishop Henry will preside over a Vigil for the protection of human life at St. Mary’s
Cathedral, Calgary on Wednesday May 13, 2015. The Blessed Sacrament will be exposed for
adoration from 6pm. The prayer service begins at 7pm and concludes with benediction at 8pm.
All are welcome!
Alberta March for Life 2015: Join us on Thursday May 14th for Alberta March for Life at the
Alberta Legislature in Edmonton. St. Bonaventure Parish will be providing transportation and
lunch in support of the event. Bus will depart at 7:30am from St. Bonaventure parish (1600
Acadia Drive SE, Calgary) and return at around 8:00pm. Participants are encouraged to attend
7am Mass prior to departure. Bus space is limited; please RSVP early by calling St.
Bonaventure's parish office at 403-278-7556. Voluntary donation will be accepted to cover the
cost of this event.
Rites of the RCIA is the topic of this year’s Western Conference for the Catechumenate.
TeamRCIA: Diana Macalintal and Nick Wagner will teach participants: how to prepare the
assembly to participate in the rites, how to catechize from the rites, when and how to adapt the

Social Justice Ministry
Humanitarian Crisis in Nepal: Since Saturday, the Canadian Catholic Organization for
Development and Peace (CCODP) has been in constant communication with the General
Secretariat of Caritas Internationalis: Information received from Caritas Nepal, Caritas India and
the Catholic Relief Services office in India, indicates that the country is experiencing a major
crisis. CCODP has informed us that it has launched an appeal for donations to help in this
humanitarian emergency. In fact, it has already posted a banner on the home page of its website
and has activated a donation option for the earthquake in Nepal that you can find at the following

Health Care Apostolate
The Spring 2015 Diocesan Pastoral Care Training Program will begin on Tuesday May 5,
2015 and run for 7 consecutive Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm - 9:30pm until June 16, 2015,
at the FCJ Christian Life Centre, 219 - 19 Ave. SW. This course will introduce you to the basic
visiting skills required for Pastoral Care Ministry in health care facilities or parish. Registration

St. Elizabeth of Hungary Parish will be hosting a one day workshop on Alzheimer disease,
