La linea di confezionamento capsule HTs è il risultato di tecnologia e professionalità interamente
made in Italy , una macchina nata per soddisfare
le alte velocità e supportare molteplici turni di produzione.
La HTs è stata concepita con un concetto di modularità, per soddisfare tutte le esigenze del cliente,
in termini qualitativi e produttivi. La HTs presenta
numerose innovazioni, a partire dalla gestione della stessa, come ad esempio la facilità di smontaggio dei gruppi dal sistema di dosaggio a coclea, fino al sistema di movimentazione meccanica con
brevetto TME.
La linea può essere completata da più confezionatrici, ecc.....
CICLO DI LAVORO
L’alimentazione delle capsule avviene tramite un
orientatore, che ha la funzione di orientare le capsule vuote e convogliarle tramite getti d’aria all’interno della linea. La movimentazione meccanica
della HTs è gestita da un particolare sistema brevettato dalla TME, che garantisce una maggiore
precisione nella movimentazione.
La prima applicazione che incontra la capsula
vuota è quella del posizionamento del fondello inferiore di qualsiasi tipologia (carta filtro, alluminio
ecc..), poi il sistema di dosaggio a coclea, dosa
il prodotto e dopo a seconda delle richieste del
cliente, può essere applicata una copertura in carta filtro o microforato, viceversa può essere applicato un foglio di alluminio.
Integrati con la macchina sono presenti un sistema di controllo di visione tramite telecamere e un
controllo peso con sistema di scarto.
Nel passaggio successivo la capsula è pronta per
essere confezionata in atmosfera modificata mediante confezionatrice verticale o orizzontale, con
la garanzia di un residuo di ossigeno in busta molto basso e ben al di sotto del limite consentito dalla
legge, a tutto vantaggio del prodotto.

The HTs packaging line is the result of technology and professionalism which is entirely made in
Italy, a machine born to satisfy high speed and support multiple production shifts.
The HTs was conceived with a modular concept in order to meet the needs of the customer
in terms of quality and production. The HTs has numerous innovations, beginning with its
management such as the easy of disassembly of the groups from the screw dosage system to
the TME patented mechanical movement system.
The line can be completed by several packers, etc.....
WORK CYCLE
Feeding of the capsule takes place via an orienter which has the function of correctly orienting
the capsules and conveying them into the line by means of an air jet. The mechanical movement
of the HTs is managed by a particular system patented by TME which guarantees greater
precision in movement.
The first application which the empty capsule encounters is that of positioning on the lower base
of any type (filter paper, aluminium, etc...). Then the screw dosage system doses the product
and then, depending on the customer’s requirements, a paper filter or a micro-hole filter can be
applied, otherwise an aluminium sheet can be applied.
There is a vision control system built into the machine with a camera and a weight control with
a reject system.
In the next step the capsule is ready to be packaged in a modified atmosphere using a vertical
or horizontal packer with the guarantee of an extremely low oxygen residue in the bag, much
lower than the limits allowed by law, all to the advantage of the product.

La ligne pour le conditionnement en capsules HTs est le fruit d’une technologie et d’un
professionnalisme made in Italy, une machine née pour répondre aux exigences de vitesses
rapides et pouvant supporter plusieurs cycles de production.
HTs a été conçue sur un concept de modularité, pour répondre à toutes les exigences du client
en termes qualitatifs et productifs. HTs présente de nombreuses innovations, à commencer par
sa propre gestion comme par exemple la facilité de démontage des groupes du système de
dosage à vis jusqu’au système de manutention mécanique breveté par TME.
La ligne peut être complétée par plusieurs conditionneuses, etc...
CYCLE DE TRAVAIL
L’alimentation des capsules se fait au moyen d’un orienteur qui a pour fonction d’orienter
les capsules vides et de les transporter au moyen de jets d’air à l’intérieur de la ligne. La
manutention mécanique de la machine HTs est gérée par un système particulier breveté par
TME qui garantit une précision supplémentaire au cours de la manutention.
La première application que rencontre la capsule vide est celle du positionnement du fond
inférieur quel qu’il soit (papier filtre, aluminium, etc...) puis le système de dosage à vis dose le
produit. Ensuite, un emballage en papier filtre, en papier micro-perforé ou en feuille d’aluminium
peut être appliqué en fonction des demandes du client.
Un système de contrôle visuel au moyen de caméras et un contrôle du poids avec système de
rebut sont intégrés avec la machine.
Au cours du passage successif, la capsule est prête à être emballée en atmosphère modifiée
au moyen de conditionneuses verticales ou horizontales, garantissant dans le sachet un résidu
d’oxygène très bas et bien en-dessous de la limite consentie par la loi, avantageant ainsi le
produit.
