RESPONSABILITE

GUARANTEES
The machines are sold as they are, no complaints will be accepted.An exhibition prior to the sale permits buyers
to establish the conditions of the works offered for sale and no claims will be accepted after the hammer has
fallen. The measurements and weights are given only as an indication.
RESPONSABILITY
Once the sale has been declared, the equipment bought is under responsability of the purchasers. The
Auctionneers cannot be held responsible for eventual disappearances or damages. However the strict
surveillance will be effective after the sale and within the removal time imposed by the auctionneers. In spite of
this facility, purchasers are entirely responsible for the equipment they have acquired.
They are bound to dismantle and remove their lots to the best of their skills and knowledge. They are also
responsible for any damage they might cause to another purchaser's equipment or the buildings. The purchasers
will undertake personnally the insurance of the equipment they acquired immediately after the auction.
REMOVALS
The acquired equipment can only be removed once the effective and complete payment is done. The periods for
removal set on the day of auction shall be strictly respected.
BIDS
The official bids will be held in French language. In case of translation, no contestations will be admitted due to
an error or a misunderstanding.
The Auctionneers are entitled to refuse an insufficient bid. In general, higher bid will have to be 5 to 10% higher
than the previous one.
