Attendu que :
The parties to the Carcross/Tagish First Nation SelfGovernment Agreement have agreed to amend the SelfGovernment Agreement in the manner set out in the
attached Schedule; and

la Première nation de Carcross/Tagish se sont entendues
pour modifier cette dernière, selon les modalités
apparaissant à l'annexe.
Pursuant to clauses 6.2.1 and 6.3 of the Self-Government
Agreement, the Carcross/Tagish First Nation Executive
Council has, by Resolution #2012-009 dated July 18, 2012,
approved the amendments set out in the attached Schedule;
En application des articles 6.2.1 et 6.3 de l'entente, le conseil
exécutif de la Première nation de Carcross/Tagish a approuvé
les modifications apparaissant à l'annexe jointe, suite à la

Therefore, pursuant to section 3 of the First Nations (Yukon)

Agreement set out in the attached Schedule,
comes into force.

FOREST PROTECTION ACT
LOI SUR LA PROTECTION DES FORÊTS
Pursuant to section 14 of the Forest Protection Act and
section 8 of the Forest Protection Regulation (2003), the
Forest Supervisor orders as follows:
Conformément à l'article 14 de la Loi sur la protection des
forêts et à l'article 8 du Règlement de 2003 sur la protection
des forêts, le directeur des forêts ordonne ce qui suit :
1.
Effective immediately, the following area, is
declared to be a closed area
1.
All that part of Yukon lying on and north of the
61º15'00" parallel of north latitude.
2.
The following activities are prohibited
(a) all open fires, including campfires;
À compter d'aujourd'hui, la région suivante est
déclarée secteur interdit :
Toute la partie du Yukon qui commence sur le
parallèle 61º15'00" de latitude nord et qui
s'étend vers le nord.
2.
(b) the use of fireworks; and
(c) burning in any landfill or dumpsite.
Les activités suivantes sont interdites :
(a) les feux non couverts, notamment les feux de
camp;
(b) l'usage de pièces pyrotechniques;
(c) brûler toute chose dans les enfouissements
sanitaires ou les dépotoirs.
3.
The following activities are allowed until further
notice
(a) the use of approved fire burning devices in
designated campgrounds, such as metalringed fire pits; and
(b) the use of closed cooking utensils, such as
barbeques with lids and small cook stoves.

Les activités suivantes sont permises jusqu'à ce
qu'un avis contraire ne soit émis :
(a) l'utilisation d'appareils reconnus pour la
combustion de matériaux dans les terrains de
camping désignés, tels que les sites de feux de
camp pourvus de contours en métal;
(b) l'utilisation d'appareils de cuisson couverts,
tels que les barbecues munis d'un couvercle et
les réchauds.

The Yukon Gazette is published on the 15th day of each
month. All notices intended for publication must reach the
office of the Queen's Printer not later than 12 noon on the
second working day of that month. The cost to the public for
publishing any notice is $20.00 plus GST, and must be paid
in advance. Subscription rates are asl follows:

mois. Tous les avis destinés a être publiés doivent parvenir au
bureau de l'Imprimeur de la Reine avant midi chaque
deuxième jour ouvrable du mois. Le coût de publication d'un
avis est 20,000$ (TPS en sus) et doit être payé à l'avance. Les
prix pour un abonnement sont les suivants:

In Part I, Corporate certificates and notices are published in
the Yukon Gazette in the language in which they are issued.
