09-­‐04-­‐04-­‐2016 Modification de Zonage Proposé par le conseiller M. Dick Edwards de modifier le règlement de zonage en créant une nouvelle zone. La zone créée sera à l'intérieur des limites de la zone V01 les limites nord et sud demeurent les mêmes à l'est partant de la ligne entre la municipalité de Chichester et allant à l'ouest du terrain du Fort William Hôtel. Dans cette zone nous ajoutons l'usage de (Remisage C1-­‐31-­‐11) comme usage commercial. La nouvelle zone sera V01-­‐1 Adoptée Il y aura une période de consultation public le 29 août 2016 entre 14:00 heures et 20: 00 heures au bureau municipal de Sheenboro situé au 59 Chemin Sheen Sheenboro JOX 2Z0 Tel 819-689-5022.
09-­‐04-­‐04-­‐2016 Zoning modification Zoning request: Moved by councillor Mr. Dick Edwards that we modify our zoning by-­‐law by creating a new zone. This zone is created inside the boundaries of zone V01. The North and South border stays the same, on the East side we start at Chichester boarder and finish on the West side of Pontiac Hotel property line. In this zone we would allow one new usage which is (Storage. C1-­‐31-­‐11) as a commercial use.
