This is a mail in trade-up offer. To collect your check, send us the
following four items in one box with the shipping costs paid by the sender:
1. A copy of your new Polaris sales receipt printed with the
dealer name and PIP number.
2. The completed warranty card. (If the card has been sent
separately, please include a copy of the card.)
3. This completed Trade-Up Certificate.
4. The main body (no hoses,wheels or pumps) of your old
automatic cleaner (Polaris 380 or 360 purchase only).
Please note: Polaris needs to receive these items no later than
September 30, 2003. We will mail your check within one week of
receiving all four items.
There is no need to take extraordinary precautions when packaging
your trade-in cleaner.A broken cleaner will not affect your trade-up
eligibility. We recommend putting items 1, 2, & 3 in an envelope,
taping it to the old qualifying cleaner and shipping it via UPS. Save
all shipping receipts in case a trace becomes necessary.
