Dear Producer:
On behalf of the Canadian Broiler Hatching Egg Producers’ Association, it is my
pleasure to invite you to participate in the CBHEPA Drawing Contest. We are seeking
your artwork. The selected artworks will be used as CHEP’s Christmas card collection
for 2015! A special entry will be the face of the card sent to the Prime Minister of
Canada. Now let’s get creative “Christmas and Broiler Hatching Eggs”!
The contest is open to all producers’ children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews from
age 2 to 14 years old. CBHEPA will be accepting drawings until the June 15, 2015
deadline.
The attached rules and regulations as well as the consent form are to be completed and
included along with the drawing. The CBHEPA Committee will be selecting the winners
at their upcoming Summer Meeting.
We can’t wait to receive your drawings! Those wishing more entry forms you will find
them on CHEP’s website at www.chep-poic.ca

HOLIDAY DRAWING CONTEST
RULES AND REGULATIONS
The drawing must represent an image or scenery on a holiday theme.
The drawing must be produced on a template supplied by the CBHEPA.
The participants must use all the space provided by the template dimensions
13.5 x 19.5 cm for his or her drawing. The drawing must be in a landscape
format.
The drawing must be made using either coloured crayons, pencils or markers
(no paint or charcoal crayons).
Since the contest is bilingual, words or sentences should not appear on the
drawing.
Please do not fold the drawing.
The submission deadline is Monday, June 15, 2015.
