- Introduction to reading lithic artifacts
This training aims to provide the basics of reading and identification of lithic material:
recognition and reading stigmata, recognition of types of stone artefacts (flakes, blade,
bladelet, cores, handaxes, bifacial pieces ...)
This training will be done in two ways: a theoretical axis and a practical axis (manipulations
of archaeological and experimental material)
