IMPORTANT: If a team has a conflict with the
schedule, the manager or coach must contact the
manager of the opposing team and reschedule the
game, and this, by email or in writing. Visiting teams
should make every attempt to switch games with
another visiting team before contacting the home team
to re-schedule.
IMPORTANT: Si une équipe a un conflit avec l'horaire, le
gérant ou l’entraîneur doit communiquer le gérant de l'autre
équipe et fixer une date pour la partie, et ce, par courriel ou
par écrit. Les équipes visiteurs devraient tenter de changer
une partie avec une autre équipe visiteur avant de
communiquer l’équipe maison pour refixer la partie.
Except for weather, all coaches or managers must give
a written notice to the other team within 12-hour or
within a reasonable time if they are unable to play a
scheduled game.
Sauf en raison de la météo, tous les entraîneurs ou gérants
doivent donner un avis écrit à l’autre équipe dans un délai
de 12 heures ou dans un délai raisonnable s’ils ne peuvent
pas jouer une partie prévue à l’horaire.
All regular and play-off games must be played. There
will be no cancelled games permitted.
Toutes les parties régulières et des séries éliminatoires
doivent être jouées. Aucune annulation d’une partie ne
sera permise.
SCORE SHEETS: Score sheets must be sent to the
statistician by the home team by fax, using the original
(white) copy, or by email, within 24 hours or Monday
morning for weekend games at the latest. Teams who
do not comply with this policy will be fined $25.00
payable to the League.
FEUILLES DE POINTAGE: Les feuilles de pointage
doivent être envoyées au statisticien par l’équipe maison
par télécopieur en utilisant la copie originale (blanche), ou
par courriel, 24 heures après la partie ou le lundi matin pour
les parties de fin de semaine au plus tard. Les équipes qui
ne se conforment pas à ce règlement recevront une
amende de 25 $ payable à la Ligue.
REMEMBER: A $200.00 fine will be assessed to any
team not showing for a schedule game without a valid
reason or suitable notice. The fine will have to be paid
before any of the teams from that association continues
to play in the League. Fines collected will go to the
home team to cover their costs. Suspensions may
follow to team coaches or managers. Fine must be paid
within seven (7) days.
SOUVENEZ-VOUS: Une amende de 200 $ sera imposée à
toute équipe ayant manqué une partie à l’horaire sans
raison valable ou sans avis. L’amende devra être payée
avant que les équipes de cette association continuent à
jouer dans la Ligue. Les amendes perçues iront à l’équipe
maison pour couvrir leurs frais. Des suspensions pourraient
être émises aux entraîneurs et gérants. L’amende doit être
payée dans un délai de sept (7) jours.
